Domino's Pizza

I ordered 2 pizzas from store in Crescent Springs with peperoni and Italian sausage. I got 2 but extremely skimpy on sauce. Totally dissatisfied pizza was disgusting.

They burnt one of my pizzas and they gave me two of the same pizzas, not the two different ones that I ordered.

Raw dough in middle of pan pizza. When I called, female was sassy and rude complaining about being the only one there. Fought with me about making the pizza. Saying it wasn't her store, she didn't make. She eventually admitted she did. Got credit.

There is nothing better after a long night at work than a delivery from Tabitha. She is a great addition to your team. We never have to worry about our food being correct or getting to us all together.

The pizza was hard cold and tasted like cardboard..I won't order from Dominos again...

Spent 80$ to feed 4 people and the food wasn't even good. 3 different orders of wings were soggy with very little sauce. Both sandwiches were dry. The stuffed cheese bread and garlic twists were good.

My family and I order from them quite often. The food is always hot and delicious. The drivers are always very friendly and nice. I think some people just live to complain.

Please please do not use this store. They are the absolute WORST!!! I placed an order for delivery online at 9:30 am to be delivered by 11:00 am. I get notification that the order was delivered and I didn't receive anything. I called the store and they told me I put in a note that the order was being picked up so someone picked it up. I never did such a thing and they didn't believe me. They passed the phone to some woman who was even more rude than the first gentleman. She HUNG UP ON ME!! I mean seriously, who does that?!! I had the order cancelled and will NEVER order from this store again!!

Never order from this dominos my mother ordered a XL buffalo chicken as well as a XL pepperoni we never got the pepperoni and received a bbq chicken. We were told they would deliver another pepperoni pizza and over 2 hours received nothing. I went to ask for a refund while being treated very rudely and was told I wouldn’t receive a refund because they only misplaced 1 pizza. Don’t ever go here because of the poor customer service, very nasty looking food, and the very rude workers.

After reading these reviews, I realized that calling the store would probably do me no good regarding my awful order. So I tried to contact customer support. Almost a week later and no one has gotten in touch with me.

I thought my calzone was done. But it wasn't, it was so gritty from yeast or tons of garlic was dump and lacked cheese

Horrible employee and she claimed herself a manger her name is ( Tabitha ) with attitude for the third time and when you order something you get something else you feel they work and don’t care , for the third time I order hand toss and I get thin crust I asked them at the store and they confirm that’s what it’s we need some customer support

Well i said in the instruction to text me when my food is here and they didn't I didn't know my food was here until I opened my door this has happened a few times now I will find another place to go to

Food was cold and over an hour late. I don't understand how a business can keep a location open when it continuously fails to meet its customer's expectations.
