CityBird Tenders Crestview Hills

I’ve frequented the downtown location several times and today was my first time at the crestview one. I just picked my parents up from the airport and wanted to show them a local place that my wife and I love. Unfortunately, today was not their best day. I typically like salt on my food. I noticed while I was eating but hoped my parents weren’t having the same experience but my dad turned to me and said “a little salty, huh”. The chicken and fries were drenched in salt. So much so that my stomach was upset for most of the afternoon. We got there around 1 pm and almost all of the tables hadn’t been wiped down and I had to do it myself. On top of that, when we left the trash was overflowing from the top of the bin. I’ll go back eventually to one of their locations to give them another shot but dang this was poor all around.

Tenders are very delicious they are fabulously tasty. Let alone their chicken lemon thyme whatever that is dam I LOVE THEM

If you like your chicken tenders way overcooked and dry as a bone, then this is the place for you. As for me and the wife, we won’t be back.

Was not impressed with the sandwiches, fries were tasteless. Perhaps I am a bit old school, as this fair was not to my liking. Others may feel different.

Amazing service! I went on 5/7 around 1:00 PM to grab a handful of pick up orders. The gentleman working the counter was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Thank you!!!

The food here is absolutely amazing!!! These are the best chicken tenders I have had in all my life! The fries were amazing too! I have told my family and friends about this place because it is just that good! I highly, highly recommend this place!

I absolutely loved this place! The City Bird sandwich was spectacular. The flavor combination of the chicken with the slaw and pickles was one of the best I’ve ever tasted and I do a lot of BBQ smoked sandwiches with slaw myself. The fries were some of the best I’ve had as well. The seasoning was perfect and so full of flavor. We have so many chicken places in my hometown and more new ones coming but…I’d rather have this place over all the others!

The food is very good especially the ranch. The fries are also good and everything is always fast and fresh. I just feel like the tenders are very small and inconsistent. Not sure I’ll be back just because it’s not to my liking that I get a massive mound of fries and these little tiny tenders. It’s just expensive for how small the tenders are. Holler if you all change that. Also the slaw was very underwhelming, it looked good just wasn’t flavorful at all.
