This place is a true hidden gem! I never knew it was here until I moved to KY, it’s one of our favorite shops to go to. The staff is so friendly, it has a warm community feel to it. Their selection is huge, yet everything still tastes great with no corners cut. It’s always so clean and taken care of. It also has a play area for kids, which is a huge bonus:) It’s one of our favorite shops in KY:)

Perfect community coffee shop! Unataza has wonderful coffee, fun seasonal drinks to try, and delicious food options, and on top of that, everyone who works there is a delight. My go-to orders are a dirty horchata or Americano and the Tacoma taquito, but I've enjoyed everything I've ordered there.
It's a relaxed atmosphere to grab coffee with a friend, and there's plenty of seating with chargers against the wall, so it's also a great set-up to work (get the yellow mug coffee for refills!). Plus, there's nearby street parking or free parking in the Dayton city lots. It can get busy on a Sunday morning, but even then, it's always worth the wait!

I really like this place, BUT it's become too expensive. I got a dirty chai and a slice of coffee cake today - $16, without a tip.
Just to be crystal clear: sixteen dollars for coffee cake (admittedly gluten free, tho that was the only option) and a 12-oz dirty chai. Both were good, don't get me wrong. But come on. I basically CAN'T go back with prices like that.
