Roger was an absolutely exceptional server!! He was so friendly and attentive. Our food today was great, we had the BLT and fried shrimp dinner. Best service and food we have had at the Etown location in years.

Our family enjoyed a birthday dinner for my dad and we all had a great time! Haley was great on getting our order out fast, bringing us extra rolls and an extra special birthday dessert from Amy, who is the server trainer and manager. Thank you ladies!

This is the second time I’ve eaten food here and unfortunately I don’t think I will again. The restaurant used to be better many years ago but today I had a crispy chicken salad delivered and it was mostly the white part of the salad with one bad lettuce. I couldn’t tell the croutons from the chicken it was mostly breading and it looked old as did the tomatoes and they were sliced not chopped. And definitely skimped on the eggs. It’s not worth $18.00. I’m so disappointed this evening.

Our experience at O’Charley’s in Elizabethtown was one of the most unprofessional dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, there were constant mistakes. My dinner was wrong more than once, and even after I paid to upgrade my side item, it never came until I finally asked about it.

On top of that, the waitress told me my drink was $5, but when I went to order another, she suddenly mentioned it was actually $8. That kind of price confusion feels misleading at best. Then, when it came time to pay, she gave us the wrong amount of change. After questioning it, she admitted she wasn’t good at math and literally had to pull cash out of her own personal change purse to make it right.

An apology doesn’t make up for repeated mistakes, misinformation, and unprofessional handling of payment. Between the kitchen errors, the missing side item, the drink price switch, and the awkward situation with the bill, this was an extremely frustrating experience that makes me not want to return.
