We recently downloaded the Pilot App to save money on gas. The first pump at this facility was out of gas, the second would not take our membership code, nor would the third. We have counted on Pilot because of their clean restrooms. The men's restroom here was out of toilet paper. The MacDonalds connected was being operated by ONE employee.

This place takes your money for a paid reservation for a parking spot and then does not inform the truck parked in your spot to move. What's the point of paying for parking? If it's purpose is pointless.

Came in asked for a vanilla frozen coffee... literally on their online menu... he said "I'm not supposed to make it this way, but can for you...?" Weird because it's literally on their online menu. I just said "okay" and left. Got to the car... there was no coffee in it. Like at all. ? so basically waste of money. Can't speak on the cinnamon rolls I'm sure they're great but haven't tried them.

Typical truck stop goods. 4-star rating (pricey but convenient). Clerk 1440 on today's visit made my trip inside unpleasant. She fails as a service worker. My item was slid across the counter as if a beer on a bar counter. She never asked nor scanned my Rewards card. No smile at all. When I asked for a bag and receipt she HUFFED and complied as if I'd asked her to take out all the trash and clean both restrooms. Whatever her reason for sub-standard service she needs to leave it at the door. Many customers come through here and don't appreciate her bad attitude. Because of her attitude and way she cashed me out, I give this place one star. Put her through remedial training or take her off the schedule until she resolves whatever issue(s) driving her to take it out in others.

The aroma lures you right in from the time you walk into the mall. Soft gooey cinnabon's and coffee -yummy. Service was decent considering the traffic.
Super clean, updated restrooms, Cinnabon and Wendy's inside, lots of food/drink options, friendly staff.

There are two Pilot locations near this intersection of Cherry Blossom and I-75; this one is just before the northbound ramp to the interstate. I'm more likely to stop at this location to gas up before heading home if I feel I'm running low. But, really, I gas up anywhere I can... I suppose. The turn lane into this station is a bit annoying when there's cars waiting in the other direction, but once in, it's a spacious lot with plenty of pumps. Semi trucks have their own pumps off to the side, too. Inside is your typical Pilot's with a nice Wendy's attached to the side. No complaints. Glad to have this here. La de da.
