Worst place to dine at. No one working front counter. Had to wait on 1 persons dinner. Never got more breadsticks. All this for $52 dollars!!

I went to Fazolis just now. The waitress there was nasty looking. She was talking about them being shortstaffed. The dining room was disgustingly filthy. The service absolutely sucked. She rolled her eyes at us. We had to go and knock on the Kitchen or drive-through doors to get someone’s attention to be able to place a to go order. When we were ready to leave, we ask for a box with the lid on it because I had a whole meal to take with me. She told me that the boxes with the lids on them. We’re for the drive-through and we could not have a box with the lid on it, she told us we had to use a Styrofoam lid. She was very unprofessional very rude. Other customers came in. We had to tell them they had to knock on the door to place their orders as we were telling them, she walked out, rolled her eyes at us in the other customer and then went to take their order. Her name was Lindsey or that’s what it says on my receipt. I will never ever eat there again. You have lost my business along with everyone else in my family, I would never recommend this to anybody !

Which apparently was a mistake. 10 mins waiting to order no big deal, not in a hurry. The guy taking our order was extremely rude. I get it working sucks. Another 7-10 mins waiting for food. Again, it's no big deal. So we get to work and are getting ready to eat. My appetizer was non-existent. The sauce was there but no cheese bites. The boneless wings. Husbands favorite. Absolutely no sauce. At all. They were half spicy, half bland. And just plain nasty. I'm scared to try my salad and I'm sure we will never eat there again.

Fazolis has the BEST lasagna ~ I crave it! Their bread sticks are pretty awesome too. I order it on the app from home, request curbside, then hop in the car & it's brought out to me hot & ready. Delicious dinner in no time!
Fazolis in Georgetown was packed tonight! Abby took my order and she was friendly, courtesy and efficient! The food was delicious! Keep up the great work!!
Absolutely hate leaving a bad review but I feel like lots of improvements needs to be made. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru only to get home and find our daughters food was missing. Called back and they refused a refund and refused deliver. We were crunched for time but I drove back only to wait again and then received our food. They had told my husband they were sorry and would give a 5 dollar off coupon but yep I never got that. The food was awful! Barely any sauce on any of the pasta. So for 30 dollars we basically got a bunch of noodles and since I had to drive all the way back my food was semi warm by the time I got to eat. Very disappointed and recommend better customer service and management.
The tagline on the side of the building is “FAST FRESH ITALIAN”, that is not true at this location. It should be “SLOW, RUDE, ITALIAN” nothing about my multiple attempts to order drive thru here is fast. On one occasion I gave up after 10 minutes of not moving in line. On second visit it was 18min and 22 seconds from the time I got in line to getting my food. On the third visit, and final, it was marginally better. 15min and 45 seconds. I do not plan to go to this location again.Whomever is managing this location is terrible. Every other location is efficient and staff is friendly. NOT this location.AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Horrible service here,waited at the front register for at least 10-15 minutes.i had to call the restaurant and ask if someone was working the front register all while me and several other customers are waiting to order. They told us it was going to be a little bit before they could take our order,we decided to wait. They were extremely busy with a lot of kids on sports teams eating there so I’ll give them that. Our food was ok but i asked for extra bread when they brought out our food and it took at least 10-15 more minutes to finally get them and we were just finishing up.

Andrew was fantastic! Very friendly and really going above and beyond after I couldn’t get the self ordering machine to take my order. You typically don’t see this work ethic in the youth today. Great service, Andrew!
