Always such kind service here. Only been twice due to my diet/lifestyle but I'd go everyday if I could. Best cinnamon rolls/apple fritters and donuts!! You guys make this town better by your offerings of sweetness! Love it!

The last two times I was in there. They have slim pickings. No blueberry donuts anymore or at least when I get there before 9 there's not any.The last two times also the lady (older) had her mouth full and is hard to understand. I think I just made my last trip there ?

I remember when this place first opened, they were awesome. Not sure what happened but they've slowly gone down hill over the years. For example their cinnamon rolls used to be so big that one would fill you up but now they are much smaller and more expensive. On my last visit it was around 10 ish in the morning There were 3 customers standing in front of the display about to leave with their orders and the lady working was hollering at me asking me can she help me over and over til I replied when I can see what you have I'll let you know and when I finally got to see the display there was not much of anything left to choose from and when I mentioned it she said (not very nicely) they're trying to sell out and go home. The sign on the window says open till 1pm so that's what erked me about her comment. Why say you're open till 1pm when you're not going to make enough to make it anywhere near 1pm? If the sign said 11pm it would be understandable not having hardly anything left. Since they seem to be getting more and more expensive and not interested in keeping up with the needs of their customers I'm going to take my business elsewhere.

Bought a dozen donuts and a dozen donuts holes. We ate the dozen donuts holes on the way. The donut holes were still warm. Haven't ate any of the dozen donuts, but they look good. Only giving 4 stars because the selection of types of donuts is small to what I am used to and the hours they are open is not long. It might work for the area they are in. We drive by the area after they are closed and would like to have stopped and gotten donuts to take back home.
I happened to stop in one day to get donuts for our clinic staff and was very happily surprised. Best donuts in the central Kentucky region!

No prices on drive thru sign, nor any signs inside with prices. Cases was pretty empty but had racks of donuts behind them inside of loading cases.Flavor of donuts was fine. But banana nut muffin tasted just like Sam's Club. Long johns cut in half & filled instead of piping long johns full, which made it little messy to eat. Just an average experience, nothing spectacular.

My family's favorite donuts !!! You can't go wrong at Franks!! Great quality and staff is always really nice and accurate with the order.Very reasonably price too. Love me some Frank's donuts

We love Franks! The donuts are the best in town.
