I pulled up to the 1st window, and he told me what I owed, I told him I used a 20% off code, and it didn't show up. The man asked me what my code was, told him I don't remember, then asked me to get on the app and get to # again, told him it wouldn't work, because it said it was used. He ended up just giving me a discount, said it was a bit more than 20%, I told him thank you. Pull up to get my food, was handed a bag and soda, I looked in the bag, and it wasn't my order. She didn't even see my order on the screen. Told her 2x's what I ordered, told me rudely to pull up and go around the corner, because they had to make it. Took a swig of my soda, and it was regular Coke, not Coke Zero. I just didn't say anything. A guy brought me my food, I checked again, and there were no donuts. Told him as he was leaving, I didn't get my donuts. He didn't speak English very well, but he understood and went to get them, then he brought it back to me. I checked the bag, and low and behold, he got that right!!! Also, I asked for extra ice, and the soda didn't have much ice. I asked the woman for a cup of extra ice because that's how I ordered it. She rolled her eyes and gave me a small cup of ice.I have no idea what in the Hell that place is doing, but it needs to be fixed! The employees need to be taught how to smile at the customers and be nice. They so need to be taught Customer Service and not be rude like they always are!At least my food was good! I waited for 20 minutes when inside asked them where my food was at they forgot about my order, they made my order after waiting for 20 minutes And it was still wrong not only did my Burger have ketchup on it. It was plain with only ketchup the manager didn’t even offer an apology for having me wait 20+ minutes at that point I just threw my food away and went to Wendy’s. This McDonald’s will never see my business again

Every single aspect was a mess, except for one worker who was being polite and helping us out after our food was messed up a few times. I can’t remember her name, but she has longish black hair. We placed an order and asked for 2 frozen cokes. We paid, and then the worker remembered their CO2 was out and there was no soda available in the restaurant. We settled for sweet tea instead and didn’t ask for a refund for the difference. We got our order and headed home. We got home and discovered most of it was messed up and we were missing items. It was so incorrect, we drove the 15 minutes back there to have it replaced. Not only was our food messed up, but some of the workers were behind the counter talking amongst themselves about how “we wanted free food”. No. We wanted what we paid for. We brought back the original order that was messed up and wanted it replaced. They didn’t want to replace it and we explained that we had already driven 15 minutes home and then 15 back to the store and weren’t interested in eating cold food. Manager decided to go out for a smoke break while the restaurant was struggling at staying afloat. When they replaced our order, they said it would be a 12 minute wait for pies. We ate our food and went back up to find they never put pies in the oven, so it would be another 12 minutes. We declined to wait and just asked for a refund for the pies. Our original order was placed at 5:09 and by this time it was 6:30. The manager accused us of keeping the original pies and trying to get more. We reminded her they had told us to throw it in the trash in the lobby. We told her she’s more than welcome to go through the can to find them if she wanted to verify that. She got an attitude and stated she needed to contact the GM for approval on a refund. We decided to leave and just file a corporate complaint for a refund instead of continue to deal with a manager that had absolutely 0 idea how to run a restaurant or deal with customers.

The worst McDonalds in Central Kentucky! The fountain drink area had drink splatter everywhere. The actual drinks were not carbonated at all. There was not a clean table in sight. A customer came in from outside and went to the back to hangout with the kitchen staff. We paid for extra sauce, the sauce wasn’t in the bag. After asking for the sauce, the manager wanted us to pay for sauce again. Also, there is always a super long wait while the staff is in the back goofing off. I have never seen such!

The drive through workers are the sweetest and most fun crew! I love going through there even though the food is thrown together in a hurry and the courtesy at the order speaker can be lacking. Those workers really do still make it with me going through.
Can't never give me the right hamburger always something totally different. It was mobile order so advanced ordering so this wouldn't happen
