I had a delivery order and when I opened it up they had forgot my sauce and I was bummed but I thought oh well. About 5 minutes later I got a call and it was the delivery driver asking if I got my sauce and when I told her no she came all the way back across town with it!Wonderful service and this pregnant lady appreciated it. When I arrived to pick up my pizza I wasn’t greeted. I walked in the door and everyone just stared at me like they were judging me. I ordered a large deluxe just how it comes, so my order was NOT complicated. I got the pizza and said thank you,again and left. When I got home which is 1 mile away I opened the pizza and it was freezing cold, the vegetables weren’t cooked all the way and It was so hard I couldn’t even eat a bite. I will not be going back ever.

Great experience. I walked in to order. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pizza was ready in about 10 minutes. We ordered The Works pizza with the garlic epic stuffed crust. It was very good. However, I discovered I really prefer the Original crust.Whatever you order, I highly recommend Papa John's on Osborne Way in Georgetown, KY.

I had picked up a large New York pizza for my family and the product was not the normal Papa John standard. I called and I spoke to the manager - CN and what a quality professional guy he was. He apologized for the pizza and set me up for my next order at no charge. You don’t get this kind of service in many places. Great job Papa John’s Georgetown.

This was a favorite pizza place. We usually order from there several times a month. Never again. I ordered my papadia with no onions, no peppers. I added mushrooms and spinach. It arrived with onions (more than any other ingredient including meat) and peppers. I rarely call to fix an issue however, I hate onions on anything. When I called I was transferred (put on hold and waited for the manager to pick up) The manager told me he was about to clock out. (Reason for poor attitude I suppose) Then I was told it was my fault and I had ordered wrong. Absolutely NOT true. So, hopefully this guy gets to clock out and do whatever is soo important in his life (since it definitely is not customer service) I will be skipping dinner tonight but I will also be skipping Papa John's from now on. I could understand this if I had called and complained before or tried to get free food but I NEVER have. Here's to hoping Pizza Hut in Georgetown has better managers and good food.

Me and my fiancé had ordered a couple pizzas about a month ago and unfortunately one of them came out wrong, we called and they said that we could either get a full refund or they could remake it. We forgot about it until tonight and despite it being a month after we called, and Topher was super nice about it and our pizza was ready within 10 minutes :)
