This place was very popular and I couldn't see why. The food and service were very good. The portions were more than enough had to take stuff home.I only have one negative. I did love the option of getting a text message when a seat was available. It gave me the opportunity to sit in the car while waiting due to back issues. But when they called us in, we had to wait another fifteen minutes standing, and that was difficult on my back.

We usually have a good experience but this time wasn't great. We didn't order meat this time but that's not the first time and everything was way off. The hot food was brought before the salad so that was strange. So then your cold food gets hot and your hot food gets cold. Some of the croutons had obviously sat in subpar conditions. They were discolored, stuck together and didn't smell good. That's all over the top of the salad and everything is now questionable. The cheese has been left out also.Which was all over my baked potato and hers. If it's sat out or gotten wet or wasn't stored properly please just throw it out. Please don't serve it. That made it past every step in the kitchen and the wait staff.I always ask for regular butter for the rolls/potatoes later and had to ask several times and it didn't make it to the table until the potato was too cold because apparently loaded doesn't include butter even though that's confirmed when you order. This is a weekly spot for us no matter where we're at so it's disappointing.

This time we actually had great service, everything was great. Kelly was an AWESOME server and took care of us.
Everything was way too cheesy. I couldn't eat it. Server was very nice. It was busy. It's nice inside. The best part is, by far, the trivia at the table.Food isn't great though.

This was a very good lunch trip. We were in the area so we decided to try this roadhouse out. The cactus blossom was what we ordered first and it didn't disappoint. We both had sirloins, Pittsburgh style, and they were amazing! Definitely a good place to visit and eat. Service was great and the atmosphere is always good here.
