Our food was prepared exactly the way you expect from watching their ads. You know sometimes you get Taco Bell and it looks rushed, half made, proportions all off, but not here. We ordered Chalupa and burrito and they were top quality Taco Bell. Chalupa reminded me why I feel in love with them 20 years ago.

Place seemed lifeless with people sitting at the back. Left me and an older gentleman online while everyone was doing nothing. I get downtime. But you work at a restaurant. Where is the service. I pay for my meal. So what's the problem. Management. Enjoy the conversation relaxing while we wait.

When we came in we weren't greeted and no one came to counter to take our order...we had to order from the kiosk. When we got our order it was wrong and when I got the item I ordered it was fixed wrong. It was so cold inside that we had to go to our car to eat with heat on.

Always get order wrong and hard to speak to anyone about it because 90% of employees don't speak or understand english at all very frustrating situation

I got food. It was good. The staff weren't very busy, so it didn't take long. Everybody was polite. The store was clean.Vegetarian options: I got a cheesy bean and rice burrito. I also buy the spicy potato soft taco fairly often.

As soon as we walked in an employee on the drive thru side of the prep line started screaming and yelling at us that if we hadn't placed an order then we couldn't sit in the lobby. When in fact we had placed two mobile orders and had just submitted them to prepare just as we walked in. It would have been more acceptable if the employee had welcomed us to taco bell and asked if we would like to place an order at which point I would have shared with him I had placed two mobile orders.
