Komo is the sweetest employee, she remembers my order and always greets me with a big smile and so much personality. I am addicted to the oreo cappuccino blasts so I visit the store OFTEN and I'd recommend this location to anybody who wants a sweet treat and great service!!

They need to find a more efficient way to move a crowd through the store. It is fine if people trickle in maybe like two to four people. Now, if there is a LINE, it becomes a problem. It cuts down on the amount of time one can look at all the flavors in three sections of the place. For this, I recommend a laminated takeout menu of all flavors, as reference. I am not sure how one would have to switch out flavors, if there are new ones that come out every month. Maybe keep the new flavors on the glass and put the ones that never change on laminated take out menus? Then have the customers leave them near the register when they order.

Absolutely dirty and disgusting store, the bathrooms are disgusting men and women's the tables inside were trashed up and dirty the whole place was so so gross, I will never visit this shopping center again. It was so hot inside the store that the cakes were melted in the coolers, can't be ok, bacteria growth has got to be consuming this place. The worst part there were 3 girls working and not doing a damn thing but looking at the filth.

The place is filthy. The employees don't talk to you at all. It was hot in there last night. We noticed the employees don't care how they are touching the ice cream. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Gave me the wrong ice cream when I asked for something else. ?
2 different times found a bug on in the ice cream while eating it. 1st time, I chalked it up to a bug flying into it since the doors there are no doors on the coolers snd they just reach in. No more!!! I called the store, no apology. Just asked if I wanted yo come back k in and get a free one. My response…No!

I picked up a doordash order at this location and the employee was touching customers food with her hands. No gloves on. I said something about it and she ignored me like I wasn't saying anything. I will never order from this location

“Everything but the Milkshakes” The shakes are made with too much milk - not a lot of the ice cream flavor. So I asked for light milk. The young lady responded, “that’s not going to get you any more ice cream.” She was young. So I overlooked her rudeness and explained that I didn’t want more ice cream, just less milk. She begrudgingly made it. I’ve been back twice since then also asking for “light milk” in my shake and again got a milky drink… could literally remove the lid and pour the milk off. After the last time my daughter pointed out that there was a Kroger across the street, we could buy ice cream, save money, and have fun making our own shakes in the blender at home. Other than that, a nice nostalgic ice cream shop. My daughter and I share fond memories from her childhood.
