I went to order food in drive thru today for my daughter to get an impossible whopper, I waited in the line for a few minutes and did not hear any one (customer service Rep or driver thru cashier) speak anything, so I said hello to make sure they knew I was there because I did not know what was going on considering I was just sitting there. A lady sounded into the speakers In an unpleasant tone “ Ma’am, I said I will be with you” I never heard her say anything. I apologize to the associate and drove off, I’d rather not take food from any establishment that has bad manners cause that leads to bad food. No thanks! So we went and got my daughter Subway to get a veggie Sub. All she had to say is I’ll be with you in a friendly tone.

Got the new whopper "melt" and it was very disappointing. Definitely not whopper patties and it has cold cheese. Nothing melty about this horrible burger presentation. False advertising if you ask me.

Worst experience I've had in a long time. The girl who took my order was rude, careless, and acted like she could barely comprehend how to take an order. I repeated my order three times and it was still wrong. My order was literally a number 1 with a large coke haha. Then I was ignored at the window and screamed my total at me for absolutely no reason (I came by around 7:45pm). Won't be back and if you all don't get this place under control you will go under in due time.

Welp when i arrived the cook was leaned on the counter on a cell phone WITH gloves on? then went back to prepare my order...... Which was made in 2.2 seconds..... Needless to say the cheese WAS NOT melted on my sandwich and

Terrible, slow, and over cooked. Plus I doordashed them twice and they gave my order to different people and canceled my orders because they gave away mine to someone else.
I've asked this location more then once to not put mayonnaise on my whopper because their mayonnaise always tastes old. This one simple thing they cannot do. Just another fast crap restaurant with a bunch of turds trying to get back at customers for making them work.

The staff is the rudest I've met. I've said thanks for stuff and they just turn their backs. I've asked if the straw has been in the bag and was ignored. Everyone here just seems to be rude. I get it its fast food and people don't want to work but it's no excuse for poor customer service

Again, another unprofessional workplace. Went through the drive-through yesterday, the lady who took the order was absolutely wonderful she was very nice, got to the window to pay, and a man working there had the most unprofessional attitude I have every seen. The way he talked to the employees was awful he was throwing food and mind you, the window was open, so I heard and saw everything as did my 6-year-old daughter if he can't handle my food right while im sitting there looking ?makes me think so there was absolutely no way I was gonna spend money there so I drove off. I don't understand if customer service is not your thing. Find another job....and let the people who love customer service service the people i been in customer service over 30yrs and there's no way he would still have a job acting like that...Sad times we live in!Parking: Nice area lots of parking and stores also a lot of different places to eat at park and walk to.
