I love Vinaigrette's Salad Kitchen. I usually eat there 3 times a week or more. They have delicious dressing and everything is so fresh. The employees are great and very friendly.
I would likely not have tried Maria's given the exterior. It looks pretty shabby, and as one of the reviewers has mentioned, the parking is tight. However, once you walk in, it's very comfortable. The place is clean, the booths are comfortable (there are also tables) and the waitstaff are accommodating. I love the chicken enchiladas in green sauce - the best i've ever had. I visit the location 113 N Broadway in Lexington KY often. The atmosphere is always relaxing and the customer service is excellent. This is my favorite place to go for salads, they are always fresh and delicious and very large portions. The restaurant is very clean and in a great location in downtown Lexington.
