As a first timer if you can imagine that, I do consider myself a food critic so my first thought was man it was crowed with ppl so it must be good ! The Casher was a pleasure and I wish I’d gotten her name, but n-e-ways My husband had the strips, my daughter had the wrap and I had the spicy chicken deluxe each of us were pleased and will be going back especially those waffle fries yum!! Good job Chick-fil-A in Richmond

This chick-fil-a is actually horrible. The service is terrible, the workers all seem like they hate their lives and are rude. Every time I've gone it takes forever to receive my food, and the worst part is the workers are just standing there chatting with no worry or rush at all as if there isn't dozens of students waiting for their food. 10/10 do NOT recommend, save your time and go to Subway or Panda Express.

Employees are rude. I wanted a sweet tea with my meal and the cashier told me I should've started with that and that I couldn't get one.

This Chick-fil-a was good but It took a while to get my food. And of course, I knew it was gonna take a while because everyone LOVES Chick-fil-a. But it was still an awesome place and I loved the food. I would wait as long as I needed to just for their food because it is the closest one near me which is great. I would give it a 5-star rating because it tasted good. I would come here every day if I had the time to.

It's been awhile since I been here..I got the veggie wrap, waffle fries and tea with lemonade...let's just say.. it didn't make it home..YES IT WAS GOOD.
