Take out orders were overcooked and dry, the tortillas was burned very hard and basically inedible. The rice was cold and disgusting, and the taco was greasy and fell apart. I just threw the entire meal away, wasted time and money. When we picked up the order, it wasn't under the name we told them they just looked at us crazy, until someone from the back came up to help and realized they put the order under another name. Food is terrible and the customer service is just as bad. I wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

Kid-friendliness: WE LOVE CHUYS! The kiddos love the kids meals (quesadillas, enchiladas chicken tenders and tacos) and even get a tasty treat after (a complementary classic pushpop). They are quick and have the best servers!

All I ordered was nachos with steak, cheese, and sour cream. Simple right? The chips and cheese were burnt and the steak was disgustingly tough. It definitely was sitting out and got tossed in the microwave before coming out. When talked to the manager about it she basically said “we just make nachos differently that’s just how it is” when it is most definitely not, most of the steak was gristle. It was a sad excuse for nachos. My partners steak was also over cooked and his rice undercooked and hard. Very disappointed.

Fantastic first time visit for an Englishman to Chuy's. Food was delicious but the service from our server (Brian H) was the best. A massive credit to the restaurant. My wife told me that the Tres Leches cake is to die for, so i indluged and it was creamy and delicious! I will be coming back here. Also, grabbed a 16oz pot of the Creamy Jalepeno dip to go as its the best!

Our server was outstanding. He was hands down the best server I've ever met in my life, as he was very attentive to our needs, knew when to check in on us and was not overly friendly or negligent. He really gave us just the perfect amount of attention without overwhelming us. Also, he would accommodate us with little things that we didn't ask for but were very appreciative of when offered. The food was great, too, of course. Definitely this visit to Chuy's made my day.
