I was not having the best day so I decided to treat myself to some BBQ I meet Elly and John..I must say both Elly and John showed a different level of customer service that is admirable and needs to be acknowledged.Their customer service skill, respect, and attention to detail is above and beyond.Thank you to you both for making my day better!I'm not sure if you all get a bonus or raise but I think City BBQ as a company needs to acknowledge your superior skills in some type of way.

I wanted to give a shout out to Antonia for her amazing wedding catering consultation. She was so pleasant and personable. I mentioned I had a chicken / turkey allergy and she made sure to keep items I couldn't eat seperate. She went above and beyond and we are excited to have City BBQ for our wedding.

City Barbeque on Harrodsburg Road is clean, fast, and DA BOMB!BEST side salads, incredibly delicious smoked brisket, and a wonderful staff keep me coming back!
First, shame on me for not keeping the receipt so we could return, make complaint and seek refund.We purchased the “pick-two” meat package and added a pint of baked beans and a pint of corn pudding. With tax, dinner was ~$38. Seemed high, and that was confirmed once we opened the bag at home.We traveled ten minutes home, to find the brisket extremely dry, and the pulled pork was basically burnt ends with little to no meat.No words, other than we will never be back.UPDATE:Interestingly, the corporate team tagged on to my review asking me to respond back to them. I did as they ask by their instruction, and have heard nothing sense.

It's been a while since I visited the restaurant, but my questions:Why have they even lost paper plates??Why would I want to eat from a piece of paper on a table?Just lost my appetite...food was ok... just don't think it will be my place to eat. Maybe a pick up and take home.
Awsome sauce!!! So delicious! Try their smoked BBQ wings!!! Side salad has always been fresh whenever I have stopped by! No stress!! They are the Best!!!!
The food was .. Chefs kiss, the only complaint I had the rib were weird!! But the brisket, and BBQ chicken was SOOO gooooood!!!

Everything was perfect except the atmosphere. I despised trying to remove paper towels from the stand with fingers covered in greasy (albeit delicious) bbq. No fun for the single diner LOL!
