Came back to change my review from about a year ago....It's a no for me. Waiting list on lanes when half of them where empty to begin with. Very unfriendly service....

Got on the waiting list which was fine,grabbed some food and drinks. Once we got to our lane the pins wouldn’t come down,balls got stuck in the conveyor. Repeatedly told them about it. They added time but the fix took over 15 mins. Then we had to move to another lane. After that the worker told us to reset on the side button. There was no button WE had to tell them to reset it. Then that lane got stuck. After that I asked for my money back. Then they proceed to say they couldn’t find a transaction when I just paid with the same card. Very unfortunate really just wanted to have a good night.

When you run a business that was gifted by family who cared, and you run it into the ground by NEVER fixing lanes or anything else. You've lost my respect. HAVE SOME PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO COLLINS
They put us on a broken lane when they knew it was broken so every time a puts on bowled they had to work on the lane. They finally moved us and then the balls kept getting stuck. Complained to the manager and he didn’t seem to care. Don’t know if we want to give this place another chance.
