We've ordered pizza here many times over the last year and half, including the same pizza we got this time. Tonight, our hand tossed pizza box and crust was soaking wet with watery liquid. This hasn't happened before. I called. The guy put me on hold after I told him, then returned and told me its garlic oil that comes on the pizza. Its not oily, doesn't smell or taste like garlic either. The crust is literally soggy and wet from whatever this is. He said it's garlic oil, said he put it on himself. Its watery whatever it is. No dinner for my family tonight! Disgusting, wth is this, no ty.

Well you need to teach your drivers how to drive, as well as what a stop sign is. This drive I believe a black individual was driving your company car, on Malibu drive just now ran the stop sign and I almost t-boned them had to slam my brakes on throwing all my groceries through the car. I laid on the horn and got flipped off. Because they can't obey the rules of the road. 12-29-23 approximately 630pm. I'm sure your vehicles are not cheap and you don't want your driver's driving like they are Nascar driver's.
Three weeks ago I ordered a pizza & they got it wrong. Today I tried it again. I had an emergency pizza that I used & it was kinda burnt. I thought probably because it was free. But I also bought stuffed cheesy bread & it was burnt! So if you like the wrong burnt pizza this is your place.

I’ve been eating at this specific (LOCALLY OWNED) dominos for over 7 years. Every time I come into town their amazing staff has food to my door in unbelievable times. Really can’t recommend this location enough to everyone in the clays mill and surrounding area. CAREY IS THE PIZZA BOSS!

This Domino’s knows how to make great pizza! After inconsistent experiences at other locations, this Clays Mill location is what brought me back to the Domino’s brand. Not only can you count on the food being delicious…the owner is also a class act.

This was the first time I had ordered from the Clays Mill location. I ran an errand and knew I would drive past this location so I opted to order from them. Ordered sandwiches and tater tots. Sub sandwich was ok but hoagie and tater tots were overcooked. Hoagie had little to no sauce (requested normal amount) and the meat was dried out/hard on the ends. Maybe if they hadn’t been stingy on the sauce, the meat wouldn’t have been like jerky. Cheese on the tater tots was burned to black and tots were stuck to container . Maybe this was an off night for them, but I will go back to my usual location in the future.

I’ve been getting pizza here for a long time and most the time the pizza is goodI just got pizza parm bites and the cinnatwists and all of it is just horrible. The pizza crust usually is very delicious and has lots of seasoning and garlic. Today it’s flat and seasonless and the sauce tastes really off.The parm bites were literal flat pieces of weird looking bread , not nice and fluffy at all.The cinnatwist things were the same. The breading looks so weird and hard and just. Not good.I’m not sure if you guys lost a cook or if there’s someone new making the food or whatever but this was honestly some of the worst pizza I’ve had. I really hope this won’t be reoccurring

We ordered pizza around 1030 pm , to be delivered to our hotel. Larry left the store at 10:55pm with our order. The store was 1.1 miles from our hotel. Finally at 11:42 pm we received our food. It was Luke warm, the cheese bread was hard, of course it had been almost an hour since it came out of the oven. Drinks were not cold at all. I thought the whole purpose of so many dominos was timely delivery. This was by no means timely on the drivers end. To top it off my 6 year old was sound asleep before they got here. So no pizza for her tonight. Had I not already tipped online I wouldn't have tipped at all. Do better clays mill dominos !!!!

This is my most favorite Domino's in all of Lexington. The main reason I love this one so much is because of Carey. He always makes everything perfectly, arrives quickly, and has a pleasant and cheery demeanor. He always remembers my husband and I and I appreciate that. It's so nice to see someone who clearly loves their job like Carey does. We lived on the other side of town for a few years and our Domino's experience wasn't nearly as good as it is from this location. All of the staff are wonderful and polite and we rarely have any order issues. Thank you Carey and the Clays Mill Domino's team for being so awesome!
