Let me just say this! Anit no Drake's location in lexington touching Tates Creek Drake's! This establishment is absolutely amazing they welcome all who comes through there doors. Not only do the have an amazing atmosphere but they have by far the best customer service I have ever seen in quit awhile. They don't look over not 1 customer even the customers waiting in the 30min parking our greeted and provided water while waiting on orders. Hands down my favorite place A Big Thank You Drake's On Tates Creek for including everyone your very appreciated 👏 🫡

I believe it was September 3rd a Wednesday that I attempted to have lunch with my girlfriend at the Drakes on Tates Creek Rd. My server was an order taker, not a salesperson, and a bad order taker. I noticed she wrote down nothing. I ordered the Drakes BLT, bacon crisp with sweet potato wedges. My girlfriend had a choice of a salad. The server didn't ask which salad. My girlfriend called server over and told her which salad she chose. The server said she put in the "Lexatonion" as her default. I'm a former manager with the Original Hooter's. Even Hooter Girls were taught to repeat order and ask about add on's. My BLT arrived with uncooked bacon not crisp. I have had this sandwich many times at the Hamburg location and they got it right. I returned my sandwich to the bar and told my server to take it off the check. Since a manager never came by our table I assumed the server just split it off the check. She couldn't blame it on the kitchen, the kitchen ticket would of shown crisp bacon, and I'm sure a cook would say so. Upon delivering my BLT server asked if I had ordered the tots, again she wrote nothing down. I left there hungry and without lunch, my girlfriend was almost done about this time. I'm assuming the failures were many and of course she waited probably till the end of her shift to tell manager why she had an open ticket for a BLT. Horrible experience!

3 adults 1 kid. 1 hour wait to get the food and 2 adults plates to cold to eat sent them back. No refills during the visit. Big doors open cold draft entire vist. Management never talked to us. Paid for 2 meals and left

We’re from out of town, and have stopped at Drake’s on multiple occasions because we like it so well. We always put it on the list of options as we’re passing through. The food and service are very good. We recommend!
