I love Firehouse Subs, but I don't think I will ever be returning to this location at 1781 Sharkey Way in Lexington. My mom had just got off a 12 hour shift at the hospital and wanted to grab a sandwich before headed home. We stopped, and this place looked closed. The open sign wasn't on and the two girls up front at the register seemed to be more engaged into their conversation than wanting to wait on us. I ordered a Hook and Ladder and when I got home, my sandwich looked exactly like the picture I have attached. I called the store and spoke to a girl named Cheyanna, who informed me that she was the manager. I asked if I could have a credit and she told me that I would have to drive back up there from Versailles to get a credit. When I asked who the general manager was, she replied "I can't give you that information". Wow. First restaurant that I've ever been to where the general manager's name is a secret. Anyways, here I am spending 12.49 on a sub that wasn't good at all. Subway could've done better than this. I really hope the general manager sees this picture because the sandwich and this customer service is the WORST I've ever dealt with.

I love firehouse subs but avoid this location. Every table was dirty. The soap and paper towels were out in the bathroom so you couldn’t wash your hands. I told the employees about it and they did nothing to fix it.

Overpriced and off the beaten path. The experience was okay, sandwich was a little dry, nothing to write home about. Also, one of the doors doesn't work and couldn't print receipts.

It's one of our favorite sub shops. It is definitely worth trying. We like the staff at this location and the food is good. We like the turkey sub and substitute it with chicken, too. No lettuce and sauce on the side. Otherwise, it is messy.

Walked in and ordered. There were 3 sandwich makers and a lady to take my order. She was probably the manager. She took my order ( small hook and ladder and another sandwhich) It was a to go order . When I got the order and checked it in the car, the small sandwich looked like hot flat bread with 5 shreds of lettuce a tiny amount of sliced meat and globs of mayo and I could not find mustard or cheese.I brought the sandwich back and my expectation was that the girl would simply say , let me fix that and add a little cheese ( I also requested cucumber if they had it) INSTEAD what happened was 4 dirty gloved hands pulling apart the sandwich revealing globbyl cheese ( oh! look you found it) and 5 minutes of conversation convincing me that I should just be happy with this 3 in sandwich and don't complain because we don't know what to do when someone complains.... as they were trying to figure out what to do another customer that had ordered after me started to suggest I should count my blessing because " he is not complaining) ...BTW his sandwich looked flat and lackluster too! He doesn't know what was missing from my order or the 3xecution and subsequent handling of it...he just knows HE doesn't complain. After he hassled me , the manager offered to remake it. He could not shut up about how I shouldn't complain ( I spent $22 on 2 sandwhiches) .. Hey buddy thanks for the virtue signaling , I turned around and asked for a complete refund. I will never go to firehouse again, the quality has declined and the workers don't know how to handle complaints....I don't need some assh*** coming telling me I'm not allowed to expect a quality product for my hard earned money...it walks away.

Got my order wrong even though I said it 3 times. Then rolled her eyes when I asked for a refund because I was going to be late for work. You need to listen when people say they have food allergies.

One employee was kinda weird when talking to my wife. Mentioned how all orders after 8pm are supposed to be to go only. But not until we were almost done and it was only 830. But nothing was said when we came in or

I love this place. The food is amazing. The wheat bread is superb. Top of the line. I wish there were more locations, this location is 2 hours from my city. If you've never had their subs, GET ONE!(Small Firehouse meatball on wheat)

I have to say, these were the best subs I have ever had. Fast, fresh, warm, and accurate. The staff was great. The restaurant itself was great. Very clean. Such a great cause Firehouse Subs is contributing to. Will definitely get my business again.
