Came here for my girlfriends birthday. The server recommended adding spinach and sweet onions to my pasta along with shrimp. Absolutely fantastic dish with great flavor. When it gets dark outside the room lights up beautifully. This is the perfect spot for a date night in Lexington.

The atmosphere of this place is definitely what you’re paying for! The food… not so much. We ordered the focaccia 5/10, chicken ceaser salad 0/10 (chicken is not fresh, similar to frozen grilled chicken from a bag) and the bolognese 5/10. They claim they make fresh pasta but it doesn’t taste like it. If you want fresh pasta and sauce go to pasta garage for a fraction of the price!
Wow! We had an amazing dinner at Italx. We started with the burrata and tomato appetizer which never disappoints. For dinner, they were unable to make our first choice but our waiter understood what we were looking for and offered a modification to a clam linguine dish that was superb. We love this restaurant and always look forward to an excellent meal in a beautiful location.

My fiancé and I came here for the first time for a belated Valentine's dinner and it was spectacular! Our food was high quality and flavorful. The lasagna was probably the best we both have ever had in a restaurant - it just melts in your mouth! The other dishes and desserts were also delightful and worth having again. Our server was kind and attentive, and the general staff were friendly and accommodating. The ambiance of the restaurant is excellent for a date night, the lighting is romantic, the decor is modern Italian, and the vibes are amazing! I can't wait for our next trip back!
