JIMMY JOHN'S IS THE WORST SUB SANDWICHIN LEXINGTON, SUBWAY SANDWICH HAS GOT JIMMY JOHN'S BEAT 4 TO1 NOT MUCH OF A BREADCHOICE, NOT MUCH OF A DRESSING- SAUCE ,I HAVE TO GIVE JUST ONE STAR . This location used to be the best one. But it has gone so down hill. 3 times in a row now they have gotten my sandwich order wrong. Their music is blasting so they can barely hear you and constantly say "huh?" They are rude when you correct them about the order being incorrect. It's just ridiculous.

Food was great. I recommend the chicken bacon ranch. Service was good. I could of just left with my food and not paid because they didn't notice. But with that said, they seemed to be training a new cashier so I made it a point to let them know & of course pay. And the typical fast food

The male manager with curly hair and glasses shut the drive through window in my face after I came back to show him my order which wasn’t acceptable, prior to doing that he said ”I can throw you a few strips of bacon if you would like” IM NOT A DOG,poor choice of words! I also called and had the phone hung up on me. Horrible customer service and I’ll never come to this location again unless this issue is resolved

i wish you could put lower than 1star. after having issues with them in the past, I tri to give them another try. I was told at the drive thru that they didn't have any turkey. I left in the past, it had been taking forever in the drive thru even though they had 5 or 6 people doing nothing inside I had complained on their website- no results. imagine

My sandwich was not made correctly and when I called to let them know the Mgr. Was rude And very defensive. I asked to credit my frequent customer card and she said she would I haven't seen anything so far as a credit..

Drive Thur was ridiculously slow. Been in line for 30 minutes now. There was only 3 cars infront of me...it's a sandwich it's not that hard.

Apparently this jimmy johns likes to play jokes on anyone stupid enough to order from them. I've ordered from there twice, first time was a couple of years ago and I got a gargantuan that had so much oil on it that my wife's sandwich was covered in it. This, the LAST time I will be ordering from them I got a jimmy cubano covered in so much dijon mustard I had to scrape it off onto about ten napkins and a big pile on the paper. My wife got a club lulu that had so little on it she was separating the unused bread. It seems the workers here are trying to get back at anyone trying to make them work by making them inedible food.

this JJ SUCKSSSSSSS. they can't even remember to put simple things like CHEESE on your over priced sandwich. this is the 4th time this has happened. maybe train your employees properly?

I’m so confused and all over the place leaving this review. If it was for the initial phone call with the young woman that took my order, she was so kind and helpful. They accidentally took the wrong apartment number but fixed it with a quick phone call. Food was kind of slow but it was lunch time so I get it. Still 5 stars. Driver was so nice and had a big smile on his face. I have a one year old and I was trying to fend her off from getting out of the door and accidentally gave the driver an extra $20. If it wasn’t the only money I had, I wouldn’t have even called but I had to. The woman, an assistant manager was helpful enough to give me my $20 back the next day. 10 stars if I could. The confusing part? Later that day, I call because I don’t have a car and tell them I’d like to just order more food and pay the difference and tip once they got here. I used to work at Jimmy Johns in Louisville and it was a fun experience and very positive. This guy- was the most rude “manager” I have ever experienced. I of course made sure to be cordial on the phone and honestly figured they rather have more business, right? Wrong. I wish I got his name. I’m legitimately concerned about someone possibly spitting in my food. It was as if he thought I was lying about accidentally giving the driver an extra $20? I feel bad enough about it in the first place. I was a driver there myself. It was just the last of my money.
