What a lovely experience learning how to make macarons! My teenage daughter and I took a Saturday class and had a ball. We learned step by step and all of the tips and tricks to making delicious macarons. Sylviana and Lorena were delightful, encouraging, fun and informative. And we got to leave the class with 40 macarons! Highly recommend this gem of a hands on class.

Love their macaroons so much, actually went to Paris and like their macaroons better here, they use really natural flavors so they don't taste artificial get them for my birthday and special occasions! Their pastries are really good also. (Though didn't like the cakes same as all other cake shops: dry and dense cake because it was put in a freezer)

I HIGHLY recommend this bakery!! we purchased a variety pack of Macarons & a birthday Macaron cake, for my daughter's 20th Birthday. We have not cut the cake yet (waiting for a friend of my daughter's tomorrow) but it is GORGEOUS! we tried one of each of the Macarons and they are absolutely delicious! in fact, "delicious" is an inadequate descriptor! The staff is super nice and helpful, the bakery is beautiful and clean...I honestly cannot heap enough praise on this Bakery...look no further, we will be repeat customers!
I’ve literally crossed the country and have tried the highest rated bakery’s that carry croissant. I’m a huge croissant fan! Theirs is a bit small for 4ish dollars and it was smashed. Not big of a deal but it just doesn’t look as nice. The texture was flakey and not too crunchy. Due to being smashed it did seem a little doughy. I got the almond variety and didn’t have much almond flavor but a decent amount of filling. Would I go out of my way again for a pastry? Short answer, No.

One of my favorite stops in Lexington. Their pastries never fail to impress! The loft seating is super cute too. We've had cheesecake, cruffins, croissants, and tarts and loved them all. Plus ordered a box of macarons to share with friends later, a perfect treat!

Went here for the first time today. I’d been wanting macrons for a long time since I tried them at another Lexington spot but they closed years ago. Had an excuse to go today cause they are a pregnancy craving now.Everything was so clean and was super pretty! I got 10 pack with 4 pistachio, 2 earl gray, 2 rose water, and 2 espresso flavors. I also got a lavender shortbread cookie. The macrons are literal perfection!! They are so good, flavor and texture wise!! Definitely gonna come back every-time I’m in Lex. again! The short bread cookie was a perfect texture too and I love lavender flavored things. If you don’t like floral tastes I wouldn’t get it but the plain shortbread cookie would be just as good.I really can’t get over the macrons they are such a treat and I can’t wait to try other pastries too!! The store and packaging was pretty as well! 1000/10

I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Petite Délicat in Lexington, Kentucky, and I must say that their macarons are truly exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the charming bakery, I was captivated by the delightful aroma of freshly baked pastries and the elegant ambiance that welcomed me.La Petite Délicat specializes in macarons, and their attention to detail and commitment to quality shines through in every bite. The display case was filled with an array of colorful macarons, each one meticulously crafted and beautifully presented. The selection was impressive, offering a variety of flavors that catered to every palate.I decided to indulge in a box of assorted macarons to sample the different flavors. From the very first bite, I was transported to a world of exquisite taste. The macarons had a delicate, crisp exterior that gave way to a soft and chewy center. The flavors were vibrant and authentic, showcasing a perfect balance of sweetness and subtle nuances. Some standout flavors included the classic favorites like pistachio, raspberry, and chocolate. The pistachio macaron had a rich nutty flavor that was perfectly complemented by a creamy pistachio filling. The raspberry macaron burst with a tangy sweetness, while the chocolate macaron delighted my taste buds with its velvety ganache filling. What truly sets La Petite Délicat apart is the exceptional quality and consistency of their macarons. Each one had a flawless texture and an incredible depth of flavor. It was evident that these delicate treats were crafted with great skill and passion by talented pastry chefs who take pride in their creations. The service at La Petite Délicat was warm and friendly. The staff members were knowledgeable about the macaron flavors and were more than happy to provide recommendations based on my preferences. The bakery itself had a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax and savor these little bites of heaven. In conclusion, La Petite Délicat in Lexington, Kentucky, is a macaron lover's paradise. With their excellent macarons, flawless execution, and friendly service, this bakery deserves high praise.
