CAUTION ⚠️PLEASE READ THISMy visit to LexLive turned into a dreadful experience due to their appalling customer service. On a Sunday for the Super Bowl, I found the place nearly empty. After waiting for an hour, a waitress approached while I was on the phone, pressuring me to order immediately or leave. A man in a blazer joined in, displaying unprofessionalism, disrespect, and racism. The situation escalated, with another individual in a red shirt involving the police, describing me solely by my race, further worsening the ordeal. Atmosphere and TVs are great. Service is questionable at best and seating is limited.

This place is really cool and right behind rupp!

Showed up for pizza week!Parking isn't clear on who can park where. All spots have numbers, some say reserved lexlive some don't, disabled spots are either poorly marked or no longer spots. FYI clearance is 6'10".Go in, beautiful place, overwhelming almost, but I'm sure great for sports!Service takes a while tho the place is not busy. See the hostess go up to a server and be like no one has served them. Server comes over, asks what would you like "Do you have a beer list?" Response "I do but I'd have to find it" with a pathetic voice... Finds one, brings it, seems upset my clearly 7 month pregnant wife orders water... Got my beer, Delicious! Ask for two pizzas and a salad... One pizza shows up, no plates for the apparent pizza we're now sharing. Server shows up, sees I'm eating with a napkin as my plate... I just laugh, I'm done at this point.Food was great, place is cool, service needs a lot of work if that's the average server...

I’ve never been but not having your hours of operation posted clearly is very frustrating.

Although, the regular bar/restaurant lunch and dinner food at Lex Live is delicious. The breakfast bar is absolutely disgusting and extremely overpriced for what we got. I would compare it to the food that is served at cheap hotels complementary breakfast and hospital food. The food tasted like it was processed food with very little taste. It didn’t have a very big selection it maybe had 10 things to choose from. The waffles were what looked like Eggo waffles. The biscuits were dry and hard. The eggs tasted like watery Garlic flavor. And the yogurts were lukewarm. I can’t believe that I was charged $72 for four people. This buffet should be no more than $5 dollars a person. That’s how terrible it is. It’s pretty sad when Golden Corral beats this place 100% and it would be cheaper to go there. Also, all of the staff stares you down and watches everything you eat, or what you take off the bar. It was kind of awkward that we’re up there, and everybody is staring at us because we were the only people there. 100% this place is not the place to go if you’re looking for variety and fresh non-pressed food.

The restaurant was full and there was no time to wait. We had to order from the counter/food court. The food was very good, however it was 45 min before the first order was ready. They also cooked one thing at a time. We were given food we didn't order. We needed silverware and we're told they didn't have any. We were told to go to the restaurant next door and get some. No offer of them getting it. So now we have waited 45 minutes for our food and still have to let it sit while we go get our own silverware. Isn't that something that they should have done during the 45 min wait? Over fifty dollars was spent. The manager doesn't apologize or offer a discount. He does nothing, we were going to be late because of this so we had to wood down as much food as possible in a very short time. We had to throw most of the food away due to the long wait and we aren't allowed to take in Rupp. We wasted our money. This was excite night. Thanks for taking care of your customers. Such a shame! I feel like we should be refunded. What ever happened to the old way.... Making it right?

I do t know who that blonde hair manager lady is but she has to be the rudest person I have ever delt with. Attitude for asking a questions. Snarky remarks etc. is this the best yall can hire because she definitely needs to be trained all over again. I definitely will be blasting this over every media spot I can. Horrible experience with even a worse worker

If you park in the garage get the ticket validated as you leave so it won’t charge you at the movie ticket office. Game are down stairs and foods around the Conor in the large sitting area avoid when there is a large present at rupp every one seem to come here to eat idk why takes for every to get food and every one calls In or quits during this timing and seem to put staff in a pisses mood every time and make most rude only a few of the old timer have stuck the turn over out and seem to keep the kool and keep smile and these are the one I tend to seek out but if you new and don’t know you might get a short stick here. But don’t blame them on these days come back if it’s one of these days and check them out trust me most are like this on other day it just the stress from management and customer on those days and wait time they can’t help it and it suck but. It fun times
Service is TERRIBLE. Understaffed then don't open. Lanes always broken and no waitress or waiter or bartender to even help. It's terrible. Stay away from this joke of a place.

Not usually the type to write reviews but can’t help myself. My wife & I were seated at the bar last night waiting on our food and noticed the 2 “security guards” staring at a young man seated a few seats down from us with his friend group. Next thing we know, the brown-haired security guard walks around behind us, takes his jacket off, and begins to get into a verbal altercation with the young man initiated by the “security guard” who came up and was cussing at him first. Pretty quickly, the “security guard” puts the young man in a choke hold and calls him a “retard”, drags him out of his bar stool, which sends the stool flying across the dining room, and proceeds to forcefully drag the young man all the way out of the building with no resistance whatsoever. Out of curiosity I asked a couple that was seated directly beside us what had unfolded and they said the whole altercation was over the young man taking a hit off of his Mr. Fog vape while seated at the bar. I totally get if that is against your policy but there was no need for what took place AT ALL. On a side note, I’ve worked in the restaurant business for years in the past and imagined that out of common courtesy, a manager would at least come by and apologize for what just took place. Nope, instead the young blonde haired manager spent the rest of our visit over with the 2 “security guards” laughing and cutting up about what had just happened. I saw that as extremely unprofessional. I put “security guard” in quotations because it sure seemed like a “tough guy” scenario to me where the young man was much smaller than the security guard. I can’t imagine he drags anyone out of there that weighs more than 170lbs. Either way it was a terrible experience and my wife & I will not be back. If it wasn’t for the location, I can’t imagine this place would keep the lights on for long just based off of the management alone!

Worst trained wait staff I've ever come across. More of a social hour for the employees... than a job.

Arcade was a lot smaller than expected. 40% of the games were broken, or out of order. A few didn’t have any signs on them, would take the credits off the card but not start the game. The ball claw machine was broken, no sign. It would drop as soon as you let go of the button to move it to the right, the game wouldn’t last 10 seconds then drop.
