I was very upset to find out 2 of my favorite items on the menu were recently removed (magi mani and the pork chops). I had family drive 15 hours from Florida and I raved about the food and quality the entire trip here. When we finally arrived I quite disappointed to see my favorites were gone. I'm an addition the prices went up yet the food quality was just not the quality you world expect to receive when you're paying such a high price. My husband and went on our first date 10 years ago and have remained loyal malones customers ever since. I was very disappointed in the quality. The service was impeccable as always and everything else was wonderful.
Overall very good dinner. Also for the price and the quality of the food we were super impressed. The only negative was we sat at a table behind the server station. Not the best ambiance bit we were pleased with our visit!

I have eaten at Malone's multiple times. I've never been disappointed. Their steak is hands down the best. The service is bar none. The atmosphere is perfect.

We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and were seated immediately. The service was fantastic - fast and friendly. The food was delicious as always. We try to have dinner here whenever we are in the area and have never been disappointed.
Service was awful and sadly they never ever realized how poorly they were doing. It took forever for anyone to greet us, drinks took forever, water wasn't refilled - we practically had to beg for more refills. And finding waiter for anything was crazy difficult. Also - the seafood tower was very overrated. It was a lonely little 2 tier platter w oddly placed seafood items. Not with the $.

Most disappointing visit ever…. 4 of us order steak dishes and all of them were covered with salt. Tuna towel soaked in soy sauce as well. I am going to cook my steak in fry rice to eat since I paid a lot.

The Malone's Manhattan was smoooooth and so good. Spinach and Artichoke dip as an appetizer. The twin filets special didn't even need a steak knife. Our server Renee was just the best - great to talk with and she gave us some good intel on our next visit. All in all just a great night out.

Three of us sat at the bar on a busy Friday night and enjoyed some of the best Italian meals I've had in a long time. The bar staff were very accommodating so if you don't get a table, try the bar!
Hayli was very attentive to our needs and quick to take our order and bring out our food. The prime ribeye, while still really good, was a little bit undercooked (more rare than medium), and it had a bit more fat and gristle than usual. Still seasoned perfectly and definitely edible. and The Lexingtonian salad was wonderful, as always. When we arrived, we were shown to a two person table that was right up next to a half wall. A group of seven sat directly the other side, so we felt uncomfortably like we were intruding on their party. Our hostess was kind enough to move us to another table when we asked.
I ordered the grass fed filet. It was encrusted in a heavy coating of salt which irritated my tongue so that I couldn't taste anything. I wasn't able to send it back as the server didn't return until our meal was complete. The manager came over to chat but reported that they had to coat their prime steaks with butter, olive oil and heavy salt and pepper because they were prepared in an 1800 degree oven which would char the steak otherwise. I explained that if you're ordering a grass fed filet, you are likely health conscious and that all of that renders the meat very unhealthy and ruins a prime piece of beef. We won't be back.
Walker, our server was so nice, he's only been there 2weeks, but he was pleasant, timely and fun. We had the best seat in the restaurant at the back overlooking the whole place. From wine and bread, to appetizers, to filet and crab Rangoon roll, we enjoyed our date night!

Wonderful menu options and appreciated being able to order off both menu's. I've been twice this year. Both times service has been excellent and food the same. Both times management asked how we were. I plan on going back.

We often dine out at BHG restaurants, this Malone's included, and have never been disappointed until this dinner out. Our server team was excellent; the drinks, soups, salads and bread were tasty, as usual. However, the stars of the show at Malone's—the steaks (filet and ribeye)—were unexpectedly overseasoned, having a startling sodium content that obliterated the flavor of the steak. Further, the lobster tail was well overcooked, having black edges. Hoped the baked potato might be the saving grace of the meal, but it turned out to be cold, its butter unmelted. We will chalk up this visit as a surprising outlier, and hope things return to their usual highly-satisfying levels.
