I won’t lie this mcdonald’s is normally slow, but i would never come on here to complain about Mcdonald’s service…. i mean you’re paying a couple bucks. HOWEVER today manager Amelia and Employee Precious both went above and beyond to address my concerns about my accidentally- cancelled order in-app. 3-5 different employees took their hats/apron off and went to break when they say i was waiting to be helped. Despite the chaos Amelia and Precious made sure I got what I needed to eat for breakfast, which means I take my medicine on time and the day goes smoothly. They also added a couple hash browns for my wait. They deserve a raise, compensation of some sort , or very least recognition for their compassionate work, especially showing excellent service in a usually low-quality for lack of better words restaurant

Worst McDonald's ever I came twice this week no customers, and I stood 25 minutes with no service both times with workers that just stare at me, this location is only good if your homeless trying to stay out of the elements. It should never carry this franchise name.

Oh boy . . . This McDonalds is right by UK campus.Meaning, it is high traffic. Add to the mix, a ton of homeless people "hanging out" at ALL hours asking for handouts, etc., a very short staff, long wait times, lines, (EVEN IF YOU DO AN ORDER VIA APP THERE OR AHEAD!!!) forget special orders (CHECK YOUR bag/order BEFORE you leave/drive off, trashed lobby/bathrooms, "staff" which thinks they are paid to be on the phone, drinking & eating up front, socializing, nothing is stocked (ketchup?), do food handlers wear gloves/wash hands?, also, parking lots are a debris strewn minefield. *AGAIN CHECK orders for arctic fries/meat BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF OR WALK AWAY FROM THE COUNTER!!! WHEW!!!YES, these are facts. Now, if you are on any level of a "budget," and in a hurry; I wish you luck. Do not say you were NOT warned. This McDonalds is city-wide known for these facts, for almost a decade. Not changing. IF you are NOT on a budget, try ANY restaurant nearby. They are ALL awesome!!! Oh, welcome to campus life . . . GO KATS!!!!!! ????????????

All of these places are staffed by folks who could care less. Visit an independent restaurant, and grease the palm of your neighbors, instead of feeding the corporate death machine. No food value in this stuff, it robs you of the nutrients you might have, just to excrete it.

Ordered for curbside. Checked in at 1223pm. At 1225 it said someone is bringing your food to your car. At 1240 I went in and they said they had already brought it out, but gave it someone else. So now I'm still waiting.

I only gave this McD's two stars because it's somewhat better than the one on Harrodsburg and Lane Allen. The dining area and property outside is a hangout for derelicts. They're always asking paying customers for money. The counter is hardly staffed by anyone. They cater to the drive thru for whatever reason, probably because no one wants to dine with derelicts. The place was built recently, but is already ruined down like the neighborhood. Access to the drive thru is a pain, because you access directly from Limestone. Stopping here isn't worth the aggravation.

Let me just say this. my husband and i don't live on this side of town however we were out shopping and decided to stop here to get a happy meal for our 7yr old. This is the nastiest McDonalds i have ever been in we walked through the front door and was met with milkshake and a very disgusting atmosphere. Took my daughter the rest room and Omggggg very unclean. Also im gonna mention how Ghetto it is very loud employee screaming on the phone about things not job related all while the lobby is a hot mess maybe if she did her job instead of yelling on the phone the place would be clean. People were also sleeping in here i don't know how anybody eats here i did not order from here and will never order here.

Acted like I was lying like why would I lie about having hair in my food and make another trip there just to tell them. I really wanted to eat along with my daughter being able to eat but since nobody around the grill was wearing a hair net that explains why I had a hair in our food.

According to the drive-thru I asked for a fish sandwich two of them with at Silver onions to it I get to my job to eat my dinner and I have two fish sandwiches with no silver onion and mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce. I call 2 times and no one answer.

Absolutely the worst restaurant in Lexington has to be!!! Staff is so rude food is cold even when they tell you to pull up and wait. I have no idea how that’s possible but they successfully done it. Want to charge you for extra sauce get home and they don’t even put the 6 bbq in there for your 40 nuggets so that was wonderful.
