Waiting in lime for 25 minutes to get old food and what looks like half servings..$17 for trash. Don't waste your money here, worst location I've been to.

Here is how my first experience with Panda Express got started, another customer and I walked in at the same time, I told them they could order first, turns out they were picking up an order. So I thought I would be next, as no one else was around, someone else walks in and they are waited on, I was completely ignored, not sure why so I just left. I thought well, things happen, so I placed a delivery order, the driver didn't seem very friendly and I pre-tipped 15% which "I" thought would be more than acceptable, I guess not. The food was "okay" but the value is horrible, I get the fact that EVERYTHING is SO expensive now but it wasn't just that there was no value I felt like I got ripped off! I received a "tiny" portion of steamed broccoli and LETTUCE and it was over EIGHT dollars! It was maybe 2 cups of food or less and that is the very most it could have been and I kid you not, it was Steamed Broccoli and Lettuce! Now I will say the Vegetable Spring Rolls while SMALL, were DELICIOUS and a dollar a piece so I felt like that was reasonable, but I don't plan to ever go back.

This is probably the worst Panda Express location I've eaten at, in terms of the food quality. The noodles are flavorless and very dried out. Its like chewing on dry straw. Very odd tasting in comparison to how it's supposed to be cooked, and how it should properly taste. The chicken was also dry and hard, it was as if it had been cooked, stored, and then reheated to the point of a dehydrated consistency and served again.I don't expect much from an American version, of a Chinese fast food chain...but I couldn't eat this at all. This is a small town/city, in comparison to other cities I've lived in. So unlike other places where there might be 7 or 8 Panda Express, within driving distance. Here there is only one or two.Tried this location a few times, due to location convinence..and it's been consistently bad.And its not a Panda Express issue..it's specifically this locations lack of food quality and staff. Every other Panda Express I've eaten at in other states has always been fine and mostly consistent in taste.I've never really considered a places food to be completely inedible. But this location does a very poor job with the food, how its cooked, and keeping any consistent standards.

It was quick service and the food wasn't skimped on. But I think they've changed the recipe. At least for the Kung pao chicken. Which isn't a fault of the restaurant itself, just sad for me. There was something about the og Kung pao that hit different.

That JOY girl at the front counter is extremely rude. I walked in to nasty looks (no smiles) as I waited 5 minutes for them to finish gossiping. I then stated that I was ready to order. Joy then looked at me like I said something wrong or offensive. She then proceeded to slam my food into a box. I ask if she could add salt and pepper to the bag. Once I got home with my order I realized she put the damn salt and pepper packs inside the box with my food in it so they were all soogy.. I don't know what's going on at this location but something needs to be done about the service. Worst experience of my life...I really wanted to cuss her out.

It was not communicated to me while waiting for food outside after paying at the drive thru there would be a 20+ minute wait for Teriyaki Chicken. Had that been communicated, I could have easy picked another protein. Instead, my food just sat in boxes while the chicken gets prepped. Food here is usually good, but some staff training needs to happen here. Had to take a refund after waiting for so long. Was not given the food, the noodles just went right back onto the bar.

Was waited on by Joy. What the exact opposite of her name. She rushed through through getting my order then after I was rang up she bolted away before I could ask for condiments. Then I stood there waited for her to complete the next order. I asked her for soy sauce and she gave me a nasty look and handed them to me. Everyone has a bad day so I only took off 1 star for that. The atmosphere I would have given negative points if I could. One of the employees was having their ears pierced or some other facial cosmetics done at one of the tables near me. I don't think this would be considered sanitary and may be frowned upon by the health department. Not to mention how it looks to customers.

Service was extremely slow and they were out of a lot at 6:30 pm. They said 8 minutes on the teriyaki chicken but it took more than 20 while the rest of the food sat on the counter and got cold. I'd have rather gotten the rest after the chicken was done. They took that money first and fast tho. We weren't given the teriyaki and the new crisp shrimp was soft and gross likely from sitting and steaming next to the noodles.Waste of money and time.

The food is great, but they ignore people ordering inside. They had three people doing online orders & two of them were working the drive-thru.

I got food poisoning from kung pao chicken and noodles on November 10, 2023. I suspect it was the noodles, because they were lukewarm. I see the last food inspection score was 83.
