I went to get bagels this morning. They only had Everything bagels left, so I ordered Cibbetta bread toasted with bacon, egg and cheese on one sandwich and double cheese and bacon on the other sandwich. I got home and realized there was no bacon on either sandwich. Last week I went into this store and ordered bagels, it took 25 minutes to get the sandwiches.

First time in this location, usually go to the Monticello location when in Williamsburg. Won't go to this one again, piddly portions. I always get a value duet, salad/soup. The salad at this location was 1/2 the size of every other location I dine at in the Tidewater area. Restaurant wasn't busy, arrived around 1 PM. Two of us got the same menu item, both salad bowls looked like somebody had eaten what they wanted and left the rest.Parking: parking lot full due to surrounding businesses

We visited the Panera Bread on Richmond Rd., Lexington We ordered the broccoli cheddar soup I ordered a southwest chicken melt. They said it came with Gouda cheese and they didn’t have any so I said I would have mine with pepper cheese. It came with no cheese my wife ordered chipotle, chicken avocado, which came with good Gouda which they didn’t have. she said she would have pepper cheese, it came with No cheese when we got to the table with our order, my soup was lukewarm at best my wife said hers was barely warm, so I took the soup back up to the counter to ask them to warm it up and took it to the back so I followed over to the window where they pick up the order I guess the manager was there she said I would like to have the soup warmed up the manager whoever said there’s a microwave hidden out there under the coffee you can go back there and tell him to heat it up there you can’t see the microwave it’s hidden under some cabinetry, so I’m going ahead and heated my soup up and our sandwiches were not what we ordered very poor Service. We like our Panera bread at home but we will never visit this one ever again.

This is a newer location so I wanted to give it a try. Food was delicious and restaurant clean. We both choose the "You Pick Two" option as it's best deal. I had the Autumn Squash Soup with Cesar Salad on the side. My daughter had the Chicken Noodle Soup with Turkey Sandwich. Both lunches were served quickly and very tasty. Great place to go for a quick bite. Can be a little pricey so maybe skip the drink if that's a concern.

It's Panera with brown lettuce but good broccoli cheddar soup. It's okay food for too much money.Parking: It's a small parking lot with many empty spaces designated for pickup orders.

I ordered Green Goddess Caprese Melt vegetable sandwiches with extra green goddess sauce on side. When I come home opened it there is no sauce on sandwich as well as no extra sauce on side. This happened second time in last two month. Called location and complained about it. I was not happy at all so I told the lady on the phone that I may have to find some other place as you guys are not taking care of my order right. Instead of apologizing she said ok that’s fine. Such a bad customer service..

Greg at the drive thru provided the most upbeat, friendly and efficient service we have had in Lexington in months! Greg managed our two part order with no issues, maintaining his friendly and helpful attitude throughout the transaction. In an unexpected but much appreciated gesture, Greg provided a pup cup for the very happy Doodle! As daily Panera customers, we found this Lexington location to surpass all expectations and will make effort to travel a few miles out of our way to this location again. The store is fresh and fairly new with an attractive exterior presence. Outdoor dining will be pleasant in the summer months.
