Not sure why this place is so hyped up, except maybe because the pizza itself is pretty decent. It was way overpriced though. Got the kale salad, it was just ok, and they charged me for extra dressing- which is just wild to me considering the cost of everything else you’re getting/paying for. Hellbabe pizza modified to vegan was very tasty, beware it is also very spicy. Boyfriend got the Dont Tell Murph and it was also just ok. Not at all worth an $80 meal (2 pizzas, 1 salad, 1 alcoholic beverage and 20% automatic gratuity) and service is lackluster. Also- pizza does not reheat well lol

Food was very good. Service lacks warmth. They were busy. I can understand that. But it took several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me waiting at host stand. I was a solo party, and they immediately tried to sit me at bar. When I said I wanted a table, they acted like everything was reserved despite there being tables without reserved signs. I get you don’t make as much money with a solo at a 2 seater but not everyone wants to sit shoulder to shoulder at a bar. They treated me like I was an imposition. Maybe I am? Who knows. Iffy on whether I’d return, which is disappointing because it’s a cool place.

We walked down to Pearl’s looking for a great bagel and it delivered! This place feels like a cozy, cool neighborhood hangout. I had the Jalapeño, Egg, & Jam. This compilation of flavors worked really well. It was not spicy from the pepper but more smoky. He had just an everything bagel with cream cheese and said it was also yummy. Oven fired gave them a nice crispy texture. Would highly recommend!

Solo dinner during a work trip. Friendly, helpful staff. Small but inviting interior. Came highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Authentic Italian pizza (true crust) and offered dipping sauce.Warm olive bowl was a yummy indulgence and couldn’t eat all my food! Also got the kale salad.High quality food, good prices and large portions.

I normally avoid restaurants with auto gratuity, with the exception of large parties. Pay your employees and don’t pass it on to the customers. I have no issue with tipping, but to force it on to the customer is madness. 20% gratuity on a pickup order is even more absurd! I’m picking up the order myself and am not being waited on. Whaaat?!

They make a mean bagel! The lox sandwich was the best I’ve had this year after many consumed across the country.

I would love for the staff to explain why it takes over an hour to get a pizza. I've been to fancy pizza places with wood fired ovens that can make a pizza in 15 minutes. There is no reason pizza should take this long. Make sure you don't have any plans after dinner if you come here.

Went on a Sunday, so I can't comment on the pizza menu, just the breakfast, which is bagels:The bagels themselves are fine, though nothing to write home about. Not worth $2 a pop for a plain bagel in my opinion, but I know they have to pay rent and such. The vegan cream cheese spread tasted like dry, too-salty hummus. Not sure about the non-vegan spreads, but an extra $2 for bagel spread, again, seems a little excessive to me.The veggie bagel had a few dressed greens, red onion, and some avocado. Tasted good, but was not even remotely worth the extra $4 ($8 total). I expected more vegan options, maybe something with some substance, but so it goes. The egg and cheese bagel was about the most boring, least inspired, blandest sandwich I've tasted outside of maybe a shrink-wrapped egg salad. It was not only not worth the money, it provided negative utility and made me sad. Based on this sandwich I would not recommend this restaurant to anybody - it tasted like hot flavorless goo.+1 star for not being a chain. But I'm still sad.
