Stumbled on this place and really glad we did. It’s an older, smallish building with what I like to call personality. We had the wings and a pizza and both were excellent. The service was friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend.

Interesting and unusual spot - definitely a hidden gem - without the web, I think you would have to live in the neighborhood to even know of PieTana... we went for dinner before a show at Comedy Off Broadway - good thing we got there 2.5 hours before showtime - as this place is very small, was crowded - and service was very casual.. still though - everyone was friendly - more like going to a neighborhood party than dinner at a restaurant - which was nice.. some kind folks there for a group party even provided us with some of their drinks to join in a toast together. We had the Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes app. - tasty - the taters were the best part - Sprouts needed a little longer to be fully done..We each had a signature pizza for a main - me - the Beer Cheese, and my son - the Vinnie - both were great! Not cheap here - but the pizzas were wonderful, and we really liked the chill neighborhood hang out vibe - definitely would go back - definitely recommended.

My husband and I, quite literally, stumbled upon this place recently after he googled pizza places and liked the look of the menu and pictures. Y'all.... run, do not walk here! This place tops any I have ever been to, no question. You have to save room for the dessert pizza! This is a fantastic, high quality hole in the wall!

This was our second visit to PieTana. First visit (Dine In) the pizza was great the brussel sprouts were blackened (burnt) a little to much. The atmosphere and the service was good. The second visit (carry out) the brussel sprouts were great the pizza mediocre at best. (weak on toppings, sauce and topping distribution. Because it was carry out we didn't want to drive all the way back. We purchased a gift card and am not sure we want to gift it to any of our friends.I also have an issue with the automatic gratuity on the order. 20% is tacked on automatically (if your not paying attention) for someone handing me my purchase.

Didn't plan on eating here but restaurant across the street's kitchen was closing. Man, we are so glad it ended up that way. Everything was just top notch. Service, atmosphere, and more importantly the food. We got the Mr. Collins pizza, a house salad and the churros for dessert. Perfect size and price was well worth every penny. If we were here for a limited time, I'd definitely eat here again.
Really Good Pizza...some may not know that they also own the Rosemont Station right across from it and also serves good food too. And give Momma Joe Joe a shout out if you see her

One of the best pizzas I've had in Lexington!!! Service was superb and there Blue Stallion Orange Pilsner was terrific!

I must be missing something here as our pizza was just ok. Nothing special... It was absolutely swimming with sauce to the point that it made everything a soggy mess. Could not be picked up and eaten. Our server noticed this after bringing it to the table and had it remade

Absolutely wonderful food and staff. The pizza is only one size that sits around a medium comparatively to pizza chains. All the specialty pizzas are unique and are tasty. There is outdoor seating with umbrellas for those who may need it. Very accessible for those in wheelchairs since everything is only one story and spaced well to allow movement.Vegetarian options: There are a few veggie options and 1-2 vegan ones. Also I believe there is a gluten-free/dairy-free substitute for those that may need it.Parking: There is a small parking lot right along Rosemont Garden. There are roughly 7-8 spaces. If the business is busy, it can be difficult to park here.Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is one floor. It is also spaced out between each table and the bar area.
