Taco Bell is kinda like Macdonalds, etc. fast food, Ok, menu tasty food, fair pricing, clean, friendly staff, fast drive thru, plenty of free parking can't go wrong with taco bell, however far from authentic.
I ordered a Taco party pack and number 10 with a doritos taco and Empanada. Ayleah the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. I went thu the drive though. Had to be pulled around to parking lot. When my food was brought out I was missing food. When I went to the door in the rain I knock on the window. With the intent that a worker would come to the door to see what I needed. Instead the cleaning guy refused to come to the door instead yelling saying I needed to go back thu the drive though after already paying and waiting at least 20 minutes. I asked for a manager and he just ignored me. I called the store to which the manager on duty Ayleah was extremely rude she told me I needed to go back though tje drive though which all the way to street. I will not be going bk to this location.

If I could give it a lower review I would, ordered a 75 dollar order from Uber eats only to be shorted all but 2 items. When I was prompted by uber to call the store I was sent to voice-mail almost immediately 6 times before finally being "helped" by one of the rudest people I have had the displeasure to interact with.I don't recall her name but she stated that it was "impossible" as she had bagged my order and that I needed to take it up with Uber eats. Absolute garbage customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a mobile order but still waited 17 minutes. During my wait I watched another guy wait 5 minutes just for someone to take his order and that person came from making food, never took her gloves off, touched the register and the man's money then went right back to making food with the same gloves. When I finally did get my food it was obvious that it had been made a while because it was cold. You would think after that kind of wait it would have at least been warm. This wasn't a staffing issue because there was plenty of people working they just didn't seem to care how long it was taking because they were laughing and talking loud. This used to be the best Taco Bell in Lexington but out of my last three visits this is the only one where I actually got my food because I couldn't get anyone to wait on me the other two times so I just left, wish I had this time.

Probably the best Taco Bell around. The food is usually hot and well prepared. The order is accurate and well packed.
I always ask for extra cheese on my tacos. I think there been one time where there was extra cheese on all three tacos. 9 out of 10 times only one has extra cheese or none at all. I finally wised up and for it on the side. Of course to no surprise the xtra cheese wasn’t in there. Maybe I should take the hint and just stop going there? It’s a real bummer.

This location didn't give me my full order. I went back to the store after a few phone calls to them to remedy the situation. When I got there I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. So here I am still no burrito and no refund. The worker and manage that talked to me were rude and unhelpful. I had my receipt and order number but they refused to help. Any other fans of Taco Bell should avoid this location at all costs.

If you're white don't come here. Racist af to me for no reason. Kept calling me white boy and then the other patrons inside made rude comments also stirring the fire. And I had scratched my nose and some person won't say race cause won't get canceled but kept calling me white boy and nasty and the c word but you know damn well if I said the n word they would all be on my ass. White people beware, you're not welcome here at all.
