It's Taco Bell, I'm not going to give it 5 stars. And I'm taking an extra star away because the music was so loud that it was difficult to carry on a conversation.That said, the food and service was good. (More food than I should eaten for $6.50.)

We ordered through DoorDash and thought everything was gonna be great, but when we got the food I did not receive any of my food and my girlfriend got her nachos and was getting ready to take a bite of them and notice something strange in there and I kid you not it was a dang fingernail in the food. Will never spend my money at this Taco Bell again.

Alright so I love taco bell. Went here tonight and ordered food for me and my family. Prolly been to a taco bell over 100 times in my life and this was the worst. The lady was nice but when I got home the cheese quesdia that I ordered for my 5 year old had like 3 shrivels of cheese. Oh yeah and they charged me twice for it. They gave me 2 torilla shells with no cheese. My wife's soft tacos were basically lettuce. My cruchwrap was lettuce and tomatoes with no cheese and a sprinkle of beef. It was 22 dollars and I wouldn't have paid 5 bucks for this family meal. I only leave 5 star reviews unless it is this bad. I will never eat at this taco bell again....

I’ve been noticing some inconsistencies with the food for awhile. I usually order the same stuff when I come thru the drive thru. And things aren’t always made the same. Sometimes they forget ingredients on the food. Sometimes don’t even get the food you paid for, sometimes don’t even get the right order. Happened tonight. Ordered a hard taco, a 3 cheese chicken flatbread melt, a stacker, and fiesta potatoes. Got a wrap with chicken and spicy sauce, got a stacker. But that was it. They gave me a cup of nacho cheese for some reason. Last few times I’ve ordered from here I’ve always been missing something or food isn’t what it’s supposed to be. I try not to make a fuss, I usually have my food delivered to me at my house and it’s starting to feel I can’t rely on Taco Bell for a meal.

Like everyone at some point you will be bitten with the taco bell virus. We had it a few days ago and we all got food poisoning. This includes diarrhea, vomiting, and fever. We learned our lesson every day you eat at tacobell you risk the food born illness. Tried to speak with someone at tacobell about this so they could make adjustments and it was impossible to reach anyone. Good luck

This Taco Bell sucks, the night shift employees were extremely rude. I ordered 4 things and they complained about it like I couldn’t hear them. Then my order was hard and there was barely any food. It looked like I had ordered everything off the dollar menu. Then on top of that I asked for sauce 3 times and there was still no sauce in my bag. These night shift employees here suck
Been with this taco bell location for a long time, pre-remodel and staff were its height in food quality. Taco bell in general has gone to the way-side post covid with its greed. Removal and reintroduction of the mexican pizza and other long standing items and price hikes across the board in all fast food not just taco bell. My criticism of this particular location is just the careless prep of its food while being extremely skimpy with its ingredients. There are taco bell locations that will give you a quesadilla over an inch thick. This location you will get a pathetic quesadilla that is less than a quarter inch with bites of just sauce - feeling ripped of is the experience you will have here. This is just an example and applies to every menu offering. It's either management driving down ingredient usage for profits or staff that don't want to refill ingredient bins. Either way this location is a dud.

The Mexican pizza is made the way its supposed too they take there time and make sure the food is made the way its supposed to be, you will be surprised on stuff most taco bells leave off even add but alot of people don't know the difference so if you want your food made right which makes it 100× better tasting go to Versailles rd taco bell!!! # chico❤️tacos

No ice. A minor that looked <13 was taking payments and handling food out. The food was not warm. I have since learned that this is normal for this location. Suggest to go elsewhere.
