I love coming here. They kill it at this place everytime!! Thank you guys for always making my orders considering i come to this one all the time. I also just love tropical smoothie in general considering I’m trying to gain weight for health reasons and they have a ton of options for good, healthy, high calorie foods which is so rare with all the diet culture that goes around. The people who work here are honestly killing it though, they get my order perfect literally 99.9% of the time and it’s always fire

Today, November 25th I stop by your establishment in Beaumont. I walk in and see 3 employees hanging at the front. Not one greeted me. I walk up to the register and still no greeting and a blank stare. So, I greeted the employee she replied. I placed my order to again a blank stare. I don't know how other people expect customer service, but I do expect more than what I received.

I stop here after the gym for a protein snack and a treat for my boyfriend. They are super fast at blending the drinks and they are usually pretty friendly. I've never tried the food but the smoothies keep me going back. Anything with peanutbutter is my favorite. Worth it!

The smoothies are pretty good, made with real ingredients, but they don’t have almond milk. No gluten free bread for their delicious looking sandwiches. The guy working the counter was a grumpy Gus.

We go here all the time, but our smoothies weren’t blended at all. Couldn’t tell if I ordered a mango itself or a blended smoothie with mango in it. Had to literally whip out a spoon. Whose first day was it ????????????????????

Great food, our wraps and flatbreads were hot, fresh, and full of flavor. Our cashier was helpful and knowledgeable. More expensive than fast food but it’s worth it really. Healthy options also. Love it here.
I am amazed at how many complainers there are about this business. I have had nothing but wonderful service and smoothies/food when I've visited this location. It's always busy which should tell you something. The staff are more than welcome to recommend things if you're not sure what you want, and if you ever had an issue you could politely let them know and they'd be sure to fix it asap. There's plenty of seating and a hood area to wait as well. Please don't take the bad reviews to heart, I can assure you they are just unhappy people looking to make others miserable.

Horrible! First of all, the owner of this location has zero customer service skills. He is rude! They can not get an order correct. Both exceptions on food, no tomatoes, tons of tomato! Asked to sub cranberry for pineapple on a smoothie, they added pomegranate and left the pineapple in. PLEASE do not give this location your money or time.
