Literally the only person in the restaurant and it’s taken 30 minutes to get my food. Finally went up to the counter after 20 minutes of waiting. Heard the cook put my order up and say my name, but the restaurant workers kept filling door dash and drive thru orders first. When I finally got my food, I asked if it had the extra sauces (which I paid for) and was told yes. They weren’t there.

Horrible! I ordered food fresh and received burnt and Undone. Customer service needs a revamp. Managers stop leaving these teenagers alone in the workplace. They need more guidance and better training.

The issue I had was with the funnel cakes in the advertisement they looked a whole lot bigger than what they were and it's like almost 5 bucks and it is smaller than the palm of my hand so maybe make them a little bigger but other than that they're absolutely Great!!

We love Zaxby’s we always bought Zaxby’s from this location for years but a couple months ago every time the food is not how it’s supposed to be. Dry wings and cold I had ordered large fries but they just put hand full of them maybe even half of a hand full and cold as well, it’s not the first time that this had happened, the first time we let it go but it’s always that bad now, they have to fix it. Today was my last day ordering from this location.

Showed up a little before 8:00 pm. Since they close at 10:00, thought I could get some traditional wings (bone in). Was informed that they don't serve them past 8!! Wonder if the regional manager or owner knows that?? Also they ice had changed. Don't know if there was a malfunction with the ice maker, but got chunky ice instead of the usual pellets.

We had a coupon for buy one get one free. We enjoyed our delicious chicken meal. We went to this location off Leestown road in Lexington. We would eat here again and I believe our meal cost a little over $8.00 but remember we got one free. So a good value for one meal.

It's good to have a Zaxby's in this area. I ordered using the app using Bogo big Zax meal. The food came out fast and we appreciated the hot fries. The toast had been made awhile. As for the chicken fingers, they looked very small. Much smaller than the other chicken fingers restaurant
