Worst Zaxby’s NATIONWIDE. Chicken is blanched then refried. So dry it could choke a person. Service is minimal. Obvious workers are only there waiting on clock out time. Place could use a good cleaning. So many employees just standing around but no one attempting to clean. Again, worst one I’ve ever dined in or used drive thru.

As a man with a female toddler bathroom is a big thing they didn't even have a door on the men's room stall bathroom nasty and manager was not concerned with the problem just said nothing they can do don't go hereKid-friendliness: Your bathrooms are not fit for parents to bring their kids too

Food great. Price on menu for sandwich meal $7.99. charged me $8.39. when I asked about price girl said they had a price increase. Bullcrap. Then change it on the menu board.

The fried chicken typically tastes like old grease. I decided I'll have the grilled chicken this time around. You would think common sense would trigger a light bulb that says "hey, these tomatoes aren't worth putting on a sandwich, maybe I find a more suitable piece since this customer paid so much for this meal"

My son had a appointment for an interview and the manager never showed up. Told him to come back the next day, same thing happened.

We supersized our meals for the fries and drinks, but seems like they forgot to give extra fries. Each meal box had maybe 5 to 6 dry pieces of fries. The chicken was super dry, we threw every piece in the trash.Very disappointed with food quality at this location.

I've eaten a hundred of Zaxby's Cobb salads. Once in a while ones off a little. Today's was note worthy. Maybe they've changed procedures, maybe someone was new. Either way I'm guessing they figured no one would notice the old dryed out chicken they topped this salad with. Honestly I think they were left over scraps of fried fingers that they were holding for salads or trash can. Trash would have been the correct choice. Guess I'll know for sure in a few hours. At least I'll know how I got sick. Pretty sure I won't be back to this Zaxby's for quite awhile.

This place use to be my 3rd best place to eat now they" ve dropped off the map do to it took too long to get my food on Friday when my wife and I went there to eat and it also messed with my insides a bit so it's going to be a no go for me for here on out.
