I moved to Louisville about 6 months ago from Alabama. I’ve been working from home completely but today I got an opportunity to work at our downtown office. I stumbled across this place during my lunch break. I am typically not a sandwich guy but there was something about this place that drew me in. I am so glad I stopped! Literally THE BEST in town! It's definitely not "just another place", it's truly a unique place that offers the highest quality ingredients I've seen. From personally processing the lamb, to in-house fresh baked bread, to the hours spent making each of their equally-delicious offerings from scratch, I dare you to not enjoy any of their menu items. Came here with husband last week when we were in town. We had the Burgoo, Beggars Banquet and the Cave City Cuban. I am not usually a big fan of beets, but I love goat cheese and the combination was delicious - and not one I would have EVER tried to put together on my own. Hope to come back again!
