Was seated at 7:50pm and was never acknowledged by the waiter in our section! She literally help the table in front of us and behind us. 30 minutes into seating and being ignored. There was a couple to come in after us. The waiter immediately got to them took their order. 40 mins in no one has came to our table. I watched the couple get their food and eat! Still no one has acknowledged us. I went to go look for the manager and was stopped by a team member and they told me our food was taking longer because there was a big group that just sat down to order. WE HAD BEEN THERE WAY BEFORE THE GROUP GOT THERE. Once I explained that to them. They told me “well it’s probably because you order traditional wings” so I then pointed out the table that sat 30 mins after us had traditional wings also. So they got me the manager who basically didn’t give 2 damns he had smirk an attitude and was also one of the people in our section that didn’t acknowledge us I believe his name is (Scott) . We had been there a whole hour with no service at this point every one that was there when we got there had ate and left we still had no service no waiter no anything! That is completely unacceptable and I will never come back to this location again. I will also be emailing corporate. There no way we should have been ignored a whole hour!

This place was a much needed upgrade for me after moving a few years back from my trusty wings and rings spot I had been at for my childhood and I watched as they took every fun part away so when I moved and the wings went with it I needed a new substitute and this place made me feel like a kid again a proper jukebox trivia for the low cost of my email and the trivia can get me free wings? Which were by the way delicious the mango habanero glaze is such a delicious fruity heat and then add on that you can freely add any dry rub onto the fries was an added plus. Then our server who was prompt and fun to chat with spent most of our dinner giving my partner some of the best alcohol recommendations they had received and a wide knowledge of beers, lagers, and IPA's who shared great stories of wild wings past. All around my new spot to recommend for dinner.

Service was terrible. Our waiter had “brain fog” the entire time and couldn’t remember a single thing. We are very understanding people, but when we have to ask you for something multiple times and end up having to ask another waiter to get it it’s a little ridiculous. The food was at best warm. We were going to go to rooster, but they were packed. Now I know why. This place isn’t what it used to be.

I ordered a sweet tea, and it came AN HOUR after I ordered it. Then, once I FINALLY got my sweet tea, I ordered a boneless wings combo, and about an HOUR AND A HALF to TWO HOURS later, I FINALLY got them, and they were almost cold. Not sure if this is every day, but this was my first time here, and it was bad. The food was definitely not worth the wait.

Horrible experience! The “manager” Scott needs to be fired asap! We ordered delivery, the onion rings had hair in them, the mozzarella sticks were frozen, as in never dropped in the first place, and the wings were hard as a rock, INEDIBLE. We drove back up there even though we ordered delivery, asked them to re-make it fresh and told them what was the matter, the rude boy up front had his back turned and didn’t even say a word to us just grabbed the bag and took it back to the kitchen. After 15 min., they brought out the same exact food, they had just re-dropped it… still the same hair and everything in the box….. NO new food was made and when we spoke to Scott, he said he couldn’t refund us because it was delivery and refused to even give us a gift card because “You have to wait for my GM on Monday.” Claiming he wasn’t able to make gift cards….

They never have enough people working. You have to wait 10min just to see someone at the front desk. And takeout orders are never ready at the promised time. I advise going to a different location. Chances are, you'll get your food faster despite driving further.
