The drive-thru line always moves quickly, every employee I've come into contact with is so genuinely nice. It's a rare occasion that my foot is incorrect. I didn't know what to rank the 'atmosphere', per se....it's clean and comfortable.
All the employees have always been upbeat, and the service is always spot on. It is a wonderfully run restaurant, and I thank you for the great sevice.

Female manager on duty seems to think that it's OK to talk inappropriately about other associates and people in general while customers are standing there, and I can assure you that because of her attitude I will not be returning to your location. Maybe termination instead of a slap on the wrist will send the correct message that behavior such as hers will not be tolerated. Store# 12488 time: 2:22 pm. on September 25th.

I come to this burger king all the time and 96% of the time they make my order perfect. Today there was some woman I've never seen before as the manager and she literally gave me half an ice cream and my food came out wrong. What is this the mount washington location ?? This is the worst quality I've ever had

Service was amazing. Walked to the counter girl walked bu y said hi and yelled for someone to come serve me. Girl taking orders was super friendly to every customer! Didn’t even get my drink filled before my food was ready. Amazing service start to finish

Their ice cream machine is always working so I like to get a cone there. Food is always good too.
Arrived to an empty store, ordered my food, paid. "we are making it fresh, pull into a spot" ok no problem. 10 minutes later it was walked out, no problem. Got home, went to remove a tomato before starting eating and there's a long dark hair going across the whole thing. I know accidents happen, but when there's no other customers and I still wait 10 mins I expect more. My hair is purple and my husband's is green so it's not like it fell off me somehow as I opened my sandwich. I don't usually go to burger King, and this sealed the deal that I won't be returning.

Slowest drive thru in Burger King Franchise. Pure bad attitudes. Food always cold. It's a shame, it's a great location with no real competition. I guess that's why they are not worried about service or quality.
