I ordered from Door Dash and they left off my kids meal. The dasher even went back to the store and they refused to give her the food. This is the SECOND time this has happened at this store! Manager would not give dasher the food after she went back to store. Worst customer service store ever! Don’t order from here through DoorDash - you won’t get your food!

I have gone through them twice on Door Dash and both times they have left out my kids meal. The manager refused to give the meal to the dasher who went back to the store. The dasher went over and above but the Manager at this ChicFila failed today. So much for customer service! DON’T ORDER FROM HERE!
