We drove to Chilakiles after seeing pics of this place on the TasteLouisville Instagram, and they knocked it out of the park! The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and open, the service was extraordinary, servers were friendly and accommodating, and the food was FAB. We ordered a grilled pork dish, the enchiladas suizas with chicken, and the grilled shrimp guacamole as a starter. The shrimp were big! Also deliciously seasoned and tender. Been here a couple times for breakfast and it's been fabulous. Recently tried it for dinner and they spoiled us with service. I ordered the burrito and it was good but the fajitas were also at our table and I wish I would have gotten those LOL
This place is so awesome! Everything I’ve ever had has been delicious. I heard they’re closed now, but Google says only temporarily, so I hope that’s true! Does anyone know???
