So my birthday is March 7th, and I came into the poplar level rd location after working a 10 hour shift. I am so happy I decided to get dinner there tonight and not head straight home. They all went above and beyond to serve me. It has been very hard to go from celebrating my birthday always with someone to celebrating alone now because my aunt (same birthday) passed away on this day a while back. This was the best experience I could have asked for. I will be talking about this for years to come. They all deserve a raise or some sort of compensation for this. I have never been treated so well. I cannot stress this enough that this was the best birthday I have had in literal years.

I stopped in and ordered dinner to go. The lady working the takeout was very friendly and courteous. She got the order placed for me and asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited. When the order was ready, she helped me verify that everything was there and ready to go!!

Food was good, the waiters was excellent and friendly good atmosphere I actually loved
Everything was wonderful. My server was excellent. Very friendly young no lady and very attentive. I decided on my way home to treat myself to dinner. Glad I wasn't disappointed. The chicken crispers and fries were delicious. Chips and sauce were nice and warm and came out prior to the main dish. Of course I didn't eat all this food at one time, I just don't eat much ?. I'll finish the rest tomorrow as I watch the Bills vs KC football game. Great meal. Glad chose Chili's.Kid-friendliness: Sure. Have taken my child there several times and now take the grandchildren.Wheelchair accessibility: If needed a wheelchair would make it through the doors.
