The best breakfast spot in all of Louisville! I can’t wait until they put one in Indiana!

The food — their signature (I was told by the lady at the counter) “Omni-Vore” sandwich — was mediocre because it had been sitting on their holding counter, awaiting fries that never came. I had to prompt the lady at the front because the server behind the counter went MIA. There were six other unlucky people in the line for what would be unexpectedly cold food, as well. The bottom line is that if you’re the only person in line, you’ll probably be happy; otherwise, the service is so bad that you’ll be lucky to get what you ordered, let alone hot.

Good tasting food, but extremely overpriced. Food takes too long to get out.

Breakfast was great. The breakfast tacos were delicious and the cafe con leche was great too. Seating would be better if you weren’t in the middle of an aisle.

El Chingon burger was savory!
My wife is usually pretty picky about her chilaquiles, but the ones here were delicious. My breakfast tacos were delicious as well and so were the salsas they provided.
Breakfast tacos were amazing. Definitely recommend their salsa. was like a small food court.
If I could give Con Huevos six stars and a standing ovation, I would—but I’ve got a burrito in one hand and a churro coma pending.
Walked in hangry, left spiritually fulfilled. The breakfast burrito was so good I almost proposed to it. Fluffy eggs, crispy potatoes, magical salsa—basically the Avengers of breakfast wrapped in a warm tortilla. I shed a single tear.
The staff? Friendlier than your grandma after three margaritas. The coffee? Strong enough to wake me from a 3-day Netflix binge.
Con Huevos didn’t just serve me breakfast—it gave me purpose. I came for a meal, but I left with a new outlook on life… and some mild salsa stains on my shirt. Worth it.
Will I be back? Like a boomerang. Or a raccoon to a trash can. Yes.
The tacos are delicious. Very flavorful. Portions are good with a decent price. It is located in the food court with the Omni hotel.
