Can't seem to get a blizzard with the ingredients I am paying for in 3 out of last 4 visits. And what is put in has been pulverized beyond recognition. Pretty sad for such an easy dessert.

Waaay tooo expensive for a fast food and ? restaurant.
The woman made me stand at the counter with my daughter for about ten minutes before speaking a word to me. I ordered online and apparently my order was ready before I got there. When she finally did come up to me to get my order she was extremely rude. The blizzards were not as great as I remember them being but it has been a while since I had been to a Dairy Queen. Oh and the restaurant was gross. Like, very, very gross.

Take HONEY BBQ TENDERS OFF THE MENU!!!? WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS RESTAURANT?! WHY IS THIS THIS STILL EVEN AN OPTION? I'M NOT PAYING 13 DOLLARS FOR 4 REGULAR TENDERS AND FRIES AND ONE BBQ DIPPING SAUCE!!!! They should tell you it's not available and take it OFF THE MENU COMPLETELY!!!!!!!! WHY WOULD IT STILL EVEN BE AVAILABLE? Oh and the staff SUCKS. I got hung up on so lovely service you have there. Sad that this is a brand new Dairy Queen. What a waste.

Store was clean and music was appropriate, however the young, very immature staff on duty there provided poor service! This was not my first visit to this dairy queen, and the service is consistently poor. Management pls note: good service keeps good business!

Just now ordered $7.30 parm chicken strips with a side of ranch, got charged $10.50 for regular strips with a side of BBQ. Awesome.

Counter lady had real bad attitude and obviously hated being here. Would not take my wife's order so my wife asked the drive through guy if he could take our order. They were not busy. I am thankful for the workers but if you don't want to be here or hate your job then don't come in or find a new job. Management needs to know these things. Other Dairy Queen's like Middletown location care about their customers.

If you're going to offer Door Dash, make sure I get all my items. I ordered a chicken strip basket and a Blizzard and didn't get the Blizzard. Ridiculous.

No longer a Dairy Queen. It moved to 5103 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40219 which is less than a minute drive away.

They got our order wrong in the drive thru. Didn't notice until we got home. Expected me to drive back which wasn't possible to get correct order rather than offering a credit on our next trip. Manager Takara even told me they get orders wrong all the time then hung up on me. She should be fired and staff should do a better job of making sure orders are correct.
