Sloppy excellent and great portions!

Nice staff. Food was not great. Brisket was not pull apart tender… fat was not well rendered. Turkey sandwich was ok. Burnt ends were so-so. Beans were good but max and cheese was unremarkable.

Four Pegs is worth a trip to Louisville all by itself! The food is incredible but Chris and his staff might be better! Can’t recommend this place high enough!

What a find! All you can wings ($20) on Wednesdays (I didn’t know that but, OH YEAH!). Great bartender, awesome Bourbon selection and a fairly extensive beer collection to boot. The bar is old and has great character. Well done!!!

I can not say enough about Chris and Four Pegs. Great food, for sure not a predictable corporate experience. This is the real deal. And Chris is a great human as well, who cares about suffering people and investing in his community. I'm a barbecue tourist who is always on the hunt for great barbecue and this delivered on that score and so much more as well. Love you guys God Bless.

Took my best friend and his business associate from Australia to lunch, and it was a top shelf experience. Great food, great service, and a terrific range of bourbons to choose from.

Mac and cheese is incredible and mind blowing with a little brisket.Cuban is freaking amazing. Big thick slice of ham, great texture, juicy, good bread, loved everything about itBrisket melt was good but hard to eat. They don’t skimp on the cheese, could have used a different bun, but overall still a great choice.I know they are famous for their wings and I’m sorry we didn’t order any, will have to come back.

I do not understand why this place has such rave reviews. Service is abysmal. The bathrooms are so gross that my friends and I make an effort to drink less water/sodas so we don't have to go in them. The restaurant is frequently out of food. Beer list from the QR code on the table may or may not correspond to what is actually on tap. And what you order may or may not be what they bring you. It's always a surprise.
