Bartenders are all super nice and funny, it’s clean, they get to you within a timely manner, and the food is just absolutely amazing(and they get it out to you super quick). 10/10 I definitely recommend Galaxie Bar!

Would have been 5 stars because this is probably the best venue for dance music in the city, and i had a great time, but there were some problems. I bought tickets online before the event and got in fine. My buddy came later and when I went to the door to scan him in, security refused to scan the ticket saying, " no that's for you", and made them pay another 10 bucks on top of the 20 we spent online. Don't know how else to describe that except a scam. I checked the ticket the next day and it said nothing about being non transferable. Also, we could not remember the last time we went to a live music venue and were booted out so fast. We left as soon as the artist walked off stage, along with everyone else, and security was immediately shouting to leave! I never stopped walking to the door and got at least 3 reminders from them. How nice. I felt bad for the vendors as well, who surely had the prime selling time cut short since nobody was allowed to mingle. They did not let you use the bathroom and insisted we couldn't even wait in the lobby for our uber. There is no coat check, and most of the people were lightly dressed waiting for a 20 min uber in Febuary outside. Newsflash to management: if you're going to book decent talent and expect people to stay the night, you have to let them leave with dignity too.

The tacos have my whole heart!!! No seriously, after trying their Thanksgiving taco I have been raving about it to my husband. It got to the point where he told me to either stop talking about it or take him to get one. So we went and got one. Another taco of theirs I really like is the chipotle chicken one. I am a little ashamed to admit, but I've been here many times recently and I've gotten the Thanksgiving taco three of those times , there is just some thing about the zest in their cranberry sauce that really pulls it together. All that to say- I'm excited to come back and try even more of the taco combinations! This is a great place to stop in NuLu for a drink and snack, or you can make a meal out of the menu items. Around the holidays the bar turns into "miracle on market" and becomes a Christmas lovers dream. They usually post who is DJ'ing on their socials. The staff has always been kind and welcoming, food and drinks come out relatively quick even when the place is packed! Overall: check them out even if it's not the holidays, the fun tacos will hook your attention!

Galaxie is one of my favorite bars in town! You've got to try the margaritas, salads, tacos, and vader fries! The bartenders are always great fun!Sometimes it's a bit crowded, but still a must-try Nulu staple!

Can't believe that they still din't figure out how to avoid having a line of 15 people to get a drink, they obviously give a F if you have to wait 20' in line. Loudest place in town, forget about enjoying a conversation.

The tacos here are amazing! The drinks were okay honestly, not the best or the worst. The service was really good, it's an intimate establishment with very cool decor that reflects its name. I would go back and try more food!
