This place is a dump. And whoever made the decision to close off the registers and doors at one end of the store needs to be fired.

Bakery lies to you. Called to order a cake and was told they are not taking any more orders. She said they need 72 hours advance for orders. I asked when the 24 hour rule was changed and she said months ago. I told her I caught her in a lie bc I just ordered a cake a month ago and was told 24 hrs. Then she tried to make up another lie to cover that lie. Bottom line is I'm tired of terrible customer service at this location. This is the 3rd time I tried to order a cake with 2-3 days notice and very turned down. Taking my business elsewhere.

Okay I have reviewed this store on Google in the past and now here. I am tired of.the price ringing up incorrectly at checkout just to argue with someone about various items and yes some are digital coupons. What happens if your battery dies before checking out. Oh well your SOL. What great customer service. I have decided to document everytime we are miss charged for a year and bring it to both Kroger as well as the states attention. Bad enough you have to do their job for them by ringing up your own items but now I wonder how many people they are ripping off. We will find out that's a promise.​​

Twice this week, I have contacted the store to order cakes. Both times I was told they are not taking cake orders. 1st time due to Memorial Day (Tried ordering Friday before Memorial day for a Sunday pick up). Then I tried to order two cakes today for a work event. I was told the decorator was off. So only 1 person can decorate a cake??? Poor planning and poor service. This is why I usually shop at Walmart.

DO NOT USE CLICKLIST. They continue making careless mistakes every single time. I understand making a few here and there, but last week they forgot half my belongings but still charged me for this. Today, I waited 30 minutes only for me to ask them how much longer for my items, and they gave my entire order to another truck. They did not ask for any names, but continued to charge my card. Do not recommend.

Service was amazing, the pharmacist did everything in her power to get the prescription filled prior to the 1 o'clock lunch break which you have no idea what it tremendous help that was to me big shout out to The Pharmacist Danielle she's a huge asset to Kroger and their pharmacy

I shop here often and spend several hundred dollars each visit for groceries . There is never enough help and always overcharged . One week it's you have to purchase 5 items to get the sale , the next week it's 6 items , and the next week it's 10 items to get the sale. Today I went to purchase the case of wine advertised in ad for 20% however no sign is outside I had to walk in and make sure. The lady said it was so I went through the store choosing 12 bottles only to find out after the fact it's the ones only ending in .99 . What a joke . I told the lady this is like work and I think I will just go to Total Wine and call it a day . She said if that's the way you feel then you should . WOW!!!! Customer service is a joke .

Kroger grocery store located off bardstown road in the fern creek portion of Lousiville Kentucky. Overall solid grocery that is decently maintained and has pretty's event customer service. Kroger overall has pretty good stock and solid pricing. I'm personally more of a Meijer guy but I'll come here in a pinch or sometimes I'll do the online pickup sometimes when they offer promotions. Not a bad location by any means and is always super crowded. They do have a fifth third bank in here which is who I bank with so I'll come in here sometimes for that reason alone.

Pretty disappointed in the ClickList pickup here. We’ve had several issues, including bagging issues, items out of stock that are really hard to believe are truly out of stock, and substitutions being left out or nothing like the items ordered. But, tonight, opening the trunk to bring in the groceries, hit my last nerve. Pictures included of the LACK of care put into placing the items in bags and in the car.

Every time I order an order or go in, stuff isn’t in stock! Why do you post what’s on sale and you don’t have it?? Won’t return to this store again! I will go out of my way to have a better store! I don’t want to hear it’s bc of the virus bc it happened way before then!

I like this Kroger but with 2/3rds of my household being medically fragile and diet restricted I'm getting tired of seeing this with EVERY chicken order

They are trying to do a good job ad know they seem to be working hard but I have been in the grocery pick up line for 3 1/2 hours !! 20 or so cars still waiting.

Their curbside pickup is poorly manned, and they turn off the phone you call to let them know that you have arrived for your appointment. Kroger can do a lot better than this.

I don't recommend the pharmacy because they don't know what they're doing. Going to hand me two pills. Without Doing it the proper way. Trying to cover their self for their mistake LOL OMG what happened to Winn-Dixie?
