The meal was exceptional, and the ambiance was pleasant. Service was somewhat slow, likely due to understaffing. Our server, however, provided polite and friendly service. Longhorn Steakhouse's pricing is higher than Texas Roadhouse's; nevertheless, the overall dining experience was positive.

I had the $26 Ribeye steak, baked potato, and Brussel sprouts. An appetizer of spinach dip with pita bread. For dessert, the chocolate stampede. I was satisfied with everything but my steak and the pita bread with the spinach dip! Ribeyes should be like butter, but this one was like a sirloin! I was chewing so much that I was about to blow a bubble. I chewed and put it on the side of the plate. And I don't think the pita bread went well with the spinach dip. It should have been something a little lighter like a tortilla chip!

Disappointed is an understatement. Do NOT order takeout here.. dining in has always been good, but the takeout service is absolutely awful! I came to pickup my food and waited until it was time. I checked in on my phone, and thirty minutes went by and the workers were bringing out other peoples orders. Eventually I got suspicious and tired of waiting and I went inside and my food was sitting out, FREEZING cold. It was already sitting out cold in the restaurant. $115 worth of food just wasted..it was such a terrible experience for my family that we won’t be back, even dining in. We used to come here a few times a month to eat but not anymore, not after we wasted that much money on cold and soggy food. Everything had to be reheated, and it cooked the steaks all the way through because it was freezing cold. I only live 8 minutes away so there’s really not an excuse for this, my food was just sitting there and no one had the decency to bring us our order until we went inside and found it sitting there cold. My Wild West shrimp were soggy so we threw those out. The only thing that was good reheated were the sides but for $115 I can’t justify it. It’s absolutely ridiculous.
