Was their first customer of the day, took me more than 20 minutes to get two smoothies (that turned out to be mostly ice) Wanted to buy more but they were out of a lot of ingredients, and the employees weren’t knowledgeable of what they did still had in stock. I don’t know what happened in the last few months but service/ quality has drastically changed.

It’s a bummer this place has declined since its opening. The service was not good, waited 20 minutes for a small smoothie that they forgot to make. Smoothie had more of the consistency of a thick juice. The pesto wrap was yummy. The staff seemed unprofessional and uninterested in engaging with customers. Seating area wasn’t inviting and floors were dirty. It use to be a quite different look and feel here.

I don’t know where to start. Exceptionally horrible service and horrible tasting Açaí and Smoothies. Over 10 minutes for a smoothie that tastes like mud and the Açaí bowl had chunks of ice in it and no flavor. Honestly don’t think that these people know what they’re doing in there.

I really hope I get my refund for this expensive inedible food. I felt so crappy and just wanted something healthy and got avocado toast with rotten avocados (the most putrid taste known to man) and I don't know what was going on with the smoothie but it seems like whoever made it just went wild and forgot to add fruit- I have had it before and it was great but I'm not sure if someone wasn't properly trained or what. I'll come back and edit this if I get my refund between now and Thursday like promised. Pic of entire order in my trash can because I'm so serious about it being inedible.

It’s a cute shop and the staff was nice but the salad was brown and the acai bowl had freezer burn.
The East Market Açai Bowl is da bomb! i was introduced to Lueberry when a friend left a bowl at my door because I was under the weather. This morning I treated myself to the fresh, abundant glorious-ness that it be! The woman at the counter was working fast & furiously for the first of the morning rush all by herself and killin' it! Thanks for my dee-lish bowl!

I was so excited to get the power green smoothie, I added collagen and rose hip. It took about 5 minutes to get it (not bad) the staff didn’t seem very happy about being there . The first sip of my smoothie was hard to swallow, little to no flavor and tasted like dirt. Very earthy for all the fruit that’s suppose to be in it. It was very chunky with ice. I had to add a v8 splash to it to make it bearable. For an $8 smoothie I expected better.
