Such a good barbecue spot! We did takeout during the pandemic, but have also used them for catering at the office for years. Wonderful staff and amazing food. My go-to spot for brisket in Louisville, but every single thing has been amazing. Definitely a favorite bbq spot in the city-- and don't forget to try the banana pudding

Excellent food and service! Placed an order for pickup, which was ready exactly when it said it would be. Tried to order an appetizer that was unavailable, so they substituted a higher priced item without charging extra, which was above and beyond what was expected or necessary. Cannot say enough positive things about the staff! The food was extremely good. Had a redneck taco with smoked chicken, platter with ribs and brisket, and a pulled pork sandwich. Everything had wonderful flavor, and the sauces were good as well. Will definitely be ordering from Martin's again!

They seem to actually take covid seriously with spaced out tables and all employees wearing masks unlike quite a few places I went to in kentucky. If had all day I would've tried everything on the menu! The food was incredible, ya gotta try the chili with brisket! I can't wait to make my way back south so I can really chow down here!

What a pleasure to give this place 5 stars as it truly deserves it! My mom, dad, aunt and I came here for lunch on a Friday. The place wasn't super busy but had a steady stream of customers as we ate. We ordered at the counter and then chose our seats. For my entrée, I chose the turkey platter with broccoli slaw and fries. I also asked for a sample of each of their sauces on the side since they no longer have the bottles on the table. The turkey was so good! It was tender and flavorful without being overly smokey. The french fries were cooked perfectly and had a nice seasoning. But let's talk about that broccoli slaw - so yummy! I love broccoli slaw and this is one of the best I've ever had. The food here is great but the service was even better. They were incredibly nice and when they brought out my to-go order for my husband, they opened the boxes to make sure everything looked good. I wish I would have gotten the name of the waitress in the green mask but she was incredibly nice and we had a nice conversation with her about the state of the business and what she and her family did this summer since their trip to Disney was cancelled. We will 100% be back. I want to come for dinner when I can try one of their many locals brews!

Amazing chicken wings, potato salad and mac n cheese. The pecan pie was just right. Had more than enough pecans and not overly sweet. I will be back again very soon.

Nice surprise. It’s served like bbq should be served. No thrills and no fancy playing. Pork was moist and delicious. Mac and cheese was better than any other local bbq joints Mac and cheese. Hush puppies were done a bit too much but no biggie. Fires appeared to be hand cut and seasoned beautifully.

I can only comment on the Chicken. It is like an average BBQ joint in LA. I would not recommend. Poor preparation of the side. (core of cabbage was in my slaw) . Chicken lacked flavor. Very lackluster. There are Many better Options. This is a chain, and it shows
